房間小而美，算是符合價格的房間，位置離火車站非常近，很方便，不過停車還要另外加價算是比較扣分的地方，附近稍微比較複雜一點

離火車站步行兩三分鐘就能到 非常方便 房間不大但是一個人住剛剛好 還是比較乾淨的 窗戶可以完全打開這一點很不錯

這個酒店在市中心，但是布魯塞爾的治安非常亂，周邊也感覺非常亂，酒店非常老舊，大概相當於國內的三星，性價比很低

Mala actualización de los precios en la página, ya que ponía que el desayuno eran 12.5€ pero en el hotel decían que eran 25€ por persona, que el anterior precio se puso en el COVID porque se daba una bolsa de desayuno tipo picnic( han pasado 4 años ) y sigue poniendo 12,5€ dando lugar a error. además un desayuno por 25€ muy básico con muy poca variedad no merece la pena) . Por otra parte para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas no han hecho ningún día la cama ni entrado por si queríamos cambiar alguna toalla. No he estado en ningún hotel en el que la cama me la tuviera que hacer yo. Eso solo pasa en los Airbnb.

We travelled with pur 1.5 yrs little one. First hats off to staff very super friendly, gave us all help regarding milk for baby, telephone issue and meal during midnight. Next room service was very good job for us. Mostly very very secure, the room service very reliable. I would 100 percent recomend to my family and our friends... Very Excellent Team and very excellent admin for Jill Hotel

We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process. Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations.

我訂了三人間，空間可以，但是發現空調漏水，前台給換了個房間，新房間是個大床房，然後鋪了張梳化床。 要求前台更換同樣房型，沒有房；要求提供2個標間，也沒有房。 要求退差價，我的三人間當天1800元，標間衹要800多，前台表示沒權限。要我郵件申請。 發郵件後，酒店管理團隊死活咬定2個房間是一樣的（見圖），都可以睡三個人，提供照片面積大小差1/3，衞生間面積小一半，也沒用，多輪溝通無果。 永安出面也溝通不了。 建議小夥伴別住這家，何必受這個氣。 這裏表揚下永安，客服還是很認真負責幫忙溝通的，雖然酒店嘴硬。 那麼多酒店，有的選別訂這家 那麼多酒店，有的選別訂這家 那麼多酒店，有的選別訂這家！！！

Good location near the train station. Near restaurant as well. Groceries are also nearby. Reception is very nice too. First day breakfast buffet is very delicious.
