Hostello酒店 (Hostello)

The worst hostel I stayed at throughout my entire Europe 永安. First of all, the check-in time was stated as 2 PM, but I waited for more than an hour at the reception with no staff available to assist me. I tried contacting several numbers provided by the hostel, but received no response. The front desk service was absolutely terrible. When someone finally came to help me check in after the long wait, I was told that I needed to pay €30 because my accommodation fee had supposedly not been paid. This was extremely confusing, as I had already booked and paid for the accommodation in advance through 永安. If there was no booking record, how did my name appear in their system in the first place? After double-checking, the staff eventually realised that the €30 was actually the city tax which was 30 Lei, not €30. This raised serious concerns about the staff’s level of training and professionalism. But the worst part happened when I was trying to leave the hostel to catch my flight. The electricity had been cut off, and I was literally stuck inside the hostel for around 30 minutes because the main entrance was not functioning. I had to figure out an alternative way to get out. Luckily, with the help of my roommates, I was eventually able to climb out through the window of my room. At that point, I honestly felt like everything about the hostel had gone wrong. From the extremely poor check-in experience and lack of staff support to the confusion over the city tax and, most seriously, being unable to exit the building due to the power outage, this was by far the worst hostel experience I’ve had throughout my entire Europe 永安. Avoid this hostel at all costs.

這間青旅的地理位置很棒，離布加勒斯特市中心很近，步行到附近的景點或圖書館都很方便。公共區域有提供 Wi-Fi，速度很穩定。最棒的是他們有自炊設施和烘衣機，對於長期旅行的人來說簡直是救星！公共花園的氣氛也很放鬆，整體住下來非常滿意，推薦給所有背包客。
