the location was okay, room was clean, breakfast was decent. There is a Mega Image store nearby which is handy, and the boiler coffee place is the best in town. The room had a vent system that is broken so if you are bothered by AC noise, it might not be a good option to stay here. They tried giving me a different room, but the situation about the noise didn't change, they cannot turn off the fan system so there is a constant humming, please repair this so guest can come back?! The hotel seems understaffed, and most staff members seem tired, and fed up. Both reception and staff in the breakfast area. The older gentleman working in the breakfast area was lovely and helpful when I asked them for oat milk and take-away cups. Cleaning ladies staff were lovely as well.

I have stayed at this hotel more than three times, and overall, I’ve always had a great experience. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi in the room is quite slow.

Very comfortable hotel but location is not the best if you are on foot. Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good, but they were slow to replenish some items when they ran out. If you arrive late evening there is no food available. I had to order out for a delivery, which obviously took a while.

Hotel elegante e moderno, stanze spaziose e pulite, dotate di tutti i comfort. Letto comodo con 永安li cuscini.

A beautiful place to stay when you visit Bucharest. The hotel has nice, spacious rooms with comfy beds. It also has the most beautiful furniture. You have a fantastic view in the evening. Staff are friendly and helpful, speak several languages - no worries for travellers from any country. Breakfast is fine, and the restaurant looks nice as well. Parking is possible as well, so you don't have to worry about the car.
