釜山華明洞慈悲酒店 (Busan Hwamyeongdong Mercy)

Absolutely terrible experience. During the booking process, the room was listed as non-smoking, but as soon as we entered, there was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke, and there was even an ashtray on the table. We asked to change rooms, but the hotel told us that they actually have no non-smoking rooms at all. The room itself was dirty, the ceiling was yellow from cigarette smoke, the staff were unfriendly, and the entire hotel looked run-down and poorly maintained. What made the experience even worse was 永安 customer support. Not only were they unable to give me a full refund for a room that I left immediately, but I also had to spend the next two days repeatedly contacting them and fighting to get any compensation. In the end, the compensation was not even provided as a refund, but as 永安Coins, which I have no intention of using in the future. I am filing a chargeback through my bank. Be very careful when booking through 永安. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to help you. In my case, I ended up having to sleep in my car while looking for another hotel myself.

韓國のホテルにしては珍しくアメニティが超充実しており良かった。また、ラブホテルなのになぜか食パンやゆで*が常に提供されており小腹を満たすのに良かった。

Excellent value for money and quiet. I would stay again.
