裝修老舊，由於地面鋪地毯，房間內一股黴味，看了三個房間都這樣，感覺非常糟糕，負責任的説就是個坑，大家避雷！

It was a wonderful experience..the room was spacious and clean, smells good too... A variety of choices for breakfast! Definitely will repeat again!

The surroundings are very peaceful and serene and perfect if you’re looking for a quiet escape from the city. Rooms were clean, staff were polite, and the stay overall was comfortable. However, because of the age and ambience, it can feel a little creepy, especially at night. Personally, I even felt like I got kena kacau a bit during my stay. It wasn’t anything major, but it did add to the eerie vibe of the place. If you enjoy calm, quiet environments and don’t mind a slightly spooky atmosphere, this hotel is still worth considering.

Requested to have a room clean, quiet and away from lift. Front office arrange a room but when I tried to open the door, one family already checked in just before me.  Went to front office to have another room arranged.  The internet service is very bad even the technician restarted the service.  Have to use my eSIM to connect to internet.   The new room I had was very bad.  Dirty, noisy and very close to the lift.

After all , we stay 2 nights at the hotel peacefully, we fell in love with Cameron Highlands, Tanah Rata . People there are very friendly and warm welcoming. Place is cool , people there also cool. Amazing 永安 for us. We will go there again.

Внешне симпатичный отель, в тихом живописном месте. Сам отель не новый. Номера довольно уставшие, ковёр, покрывало с пятнами, мелкие насекомые типа маленьких муравьёв. Вместо одеяла простыня и покрывало. Завтрак с 7 утра, по просьбе собирают с собой в указанное время

第一次住的房間風景是最喜歡的，可惜後面入住幾次都不是那個方向。有個小驚喜，我堅持不要對住花園的房間，可以等打掃完。前台小姐給我升級了一晚豪華特大床房，雖然還不是那片風景，也是萬分感謝。下次還會回來。

One of the best places to stay in Cameron Highland for families, especially those with children, thanks to the playground, library, and other amenities. We went for a morning walk around the garden area (there was some renovation going on), but we enjoyed it. Breakfast and night steamboat are excellent. The room is clean and well-maintained; it does not resemble the old hotel depicted in the photograph. In terms of location, it is very close to Tanah Rata and a 30-minute drive from Brinchang. Small note: Avoid travelling during peak seasons, such as public holidays. I would definitely recommend to friends and family; it is one of my favourites stay in Cameron Highland. Finally, the hotel staff are friendly.
