가격을 생각하면 괜찮은 곳입니다. 시내와는 조금 거리가 있긴 하지만 가격을생각하면 충분히 괜찮습니다. 칸쿤호텔존가기전 하루 자기에는 괜찮아요

Très bon séjour au Jardín Hotel Cancún. Le personnel est très accueillant, gentil et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était propre et confortable, avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. L’hôtel est bien situé pour découvrir Cancún et les transports sont facilement accessibles. Je recommande cet établissement à toute personne cherchant un hôtel simple, agréable et abordable. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil !

The photos looked nothing like the room I was put in. For example there's no lock on the door to the room (it locks automatically but the bolt lock was missing), the AC was extremely loud it sounds like a car, there's a desk but no chair, the television doesn't work, there's no hot water, there's no soap, I had no towel, woke up to a roach climbing on the wall. Hotel is far from the beach and in not the best area. Left early due to the condition. Would not recommend staying in this place.

Alles war sehr sauber und sie Hausdame spricht sehr gut english. Leider gab e kein Fenster nach außen, nur zum Flur hinein. Wir konnten unser Gepäck dort bis abends aufbewahren, vielen dank!

This was a very comfortable stay! I was very silly and went to Mexico knowing I didn’t speak Spanish. But the people of Mexico are incredibly kind and helpful. The lady at the front desk used translate to help me understand. The people working here are very kind. The room is quite spacious and the WiFi is good. The location is pretty decent; 20 min walk to downtown Cancun and market places; coffee shops etc Not too bad. I would return with my partner The room itself was very good; a HUGE bed and maybe a sofa bed too? The bathroom was nice too! I like this hotel it was very good

The hotel was okay for the price and located in the Downton area of Cancún. The staff was nice. The only downside was that I got my room assigned at the top floor and there was no elevator. The cleanliness of the room was okay.
