火烈鳥全包酒店，大部份設施都很達到預期。但是也有少少服務需要改善。 例如行李送上房服務。 服務員第一次把行李送上房，但是我們到了餐廳吃東西，於是他就走了，然後再打電話給他送上來，等了很久也沒有送上來。結果我們和他們溝通說我們下去取。 突然有見到有另一個服務員拿着我們的行李正打算送上來。 所以我認為職員之間的溝通也很重要。 另外提供食物方面，提供Pizza的經常不開。另外提供漢堡包那一個寫着是6:00才關。結果下午5:45下去的時候，他已經準備收拾東西了，所以我沒有吃到漢堡包。 其他一切服務都很好。飲了很多杯Mojito。

酒店沒得説、全包、作為一箇中國人還是吃得習慣的、出門就是海灘景色超美、但是海水都是海藻植物、有時候很紮腳、 Wi-Fi真的需要吐槽下、信號📶真差、有時候根本連不上、用手機自帶流量也沒信號

Ubicación excelente, comida y atención en restaurant, excelente. Todo muy bien. Solo las instalaciones parecen ser algo viejas, creo que pueden mejorar. En la habitación no funcionaba el extractor del baño, por lo que los espejos quedan todos empañados, cuando sales de la regadera y los quieres usar.

Sooo... good hotel, great food. We stayed for 14 days so food is kinda repeating but it is still good quality. Now... mini bar in room is never ever going to be refilled. I needed to call them multiple times and still not get things inthere. For some reason they really dont want to do it. Stuff: some GREAT (huge shoutout for a few of the workers from the restaurant), while some are ignorant and dont even know their job. For instance, one morning at the breakfast buffet area the waitress said that they dont offer any other drink than black coffee??? Every day till then and after that one instance i was getting double espresso. All kn all, worth is. Btw be aware of the obese people

L’hotel e consigliato più per le famiglie a gli spazi nelle aree comuni o di passaggio strette e gli spettacoli sarebbero meglio in un altra zona e non davanti alle piscine, l ascensore al piano sotterraneo è terribile si affaccia con area dei lavoratori, le stanze sono assolutamente da rivedere abbastanza “usate” e la pulizia andrebbe fatta meglio, 3 giorni di seguito ho chiesto attenzione alla camera e niente. In reception la cortesia e stata discreta

El hotel estaba bien, y los empleados eran muy amables. Estuvimos bien todos los días, excepto el último día que nos dijeron que no teníamos la comida incluida, cuando habíamos pagado por ella, y la señora de recepción decía que no la teníamos. Piden muchas propinas, pero bueno, eso es opcional, si quieres le das y sino no. Es cierto que al principio te atienden muy bien y conforme van pasando los días, sino das propinas te prestan menos atención. La caja fuerte nos dejó de funcionar, porque se quedó sin batería, pero bueno, enseguida nos lo solucionaron y sacamos las cosas.

I was with my son there. It was all ok. The room is facing directly the sea. There is a swim up bar and another on the back side . But the buffet food is bit mundane. The whole hotel place is bit small too. But the beach and cabana is very nice.

Muy buena relación precio-calidad. La ubicación es perfecta frente a un mar turquesa inigualable. Las instalaciones son lindas y en constante mantenimiento. Los puntos débiles son las comidas, donde falta calidad y variedad. También falta calidez y capacitación en la atención del personal aunque esto no aplica a todo el personal.
