哈比塔特阿帕特霍特爾由Totalstay酒店管理 (Habitat Aparthotel by Totalstay)

優點：價格比其他大多數酒店划算；地理位置較好，出行方便比；房間內配有自主做飯的設施 缺點：房間較小；衞生間味道比較重；早餐空間較小，服務人員的能力較差，尤其在人多的時候上餐很滿，有一天我居然等了一個小時才給我做好（我點的衹是一個煎蛋，一片培根，一片麪包而已）

酒店的房間在1樓臨街，超級吵，而且服務也不靈活。酒店內沒有牙刷，垃圾桶是隱藏的，而且也沒有抽紙。確實是省錢到極致了。 早餐是要填單子的，每天固定衹有三種。下次不來了。

Everything is good but the reception needs more hospitality training. The booking had breakfast included but the guy at the reception said " the price you paid for the room shouldn't have breakfast included" That's a very rude reply. 永安 support solved the issues for me later. The breakfast is not "buffet " as listed. You got to choose from three options from a cafe. No shampoo and shower gel in the room. We had to ask the reception. Even though we stayed for three nights, the second time we asked for more shampoo, they said they can only supply once. We also requested through their housekeeping service app, nothing happened. The room is clean and comfortable. For the price, we are happy with the room and hotel location.

Reception and room services were great. Room was just as shown in a picture. We had no issues and would possible visit again next year.

先從房間來説，太小太擁擠，説是有個窗戶，但是窗戶外面就是一睹高牆啊，不透風更看不到陽光，和沒有窗戶的效果是一樣的，真的太壓抑了。 其次要求得兩點鐘以後才能入住，實際又等了一會。 最後説説環境，房間隔音效果太太太差了，隔壁房間和走廊裏大聲説話的聲音，放音樂的聲音，打電話的聲音，聲聲入耳。 總之太沒有安全感了，分分鐘想逃離，房間太壓抑，建議出差的人羣慎重選擇。

Мой опыт пребывания в этом отеле оказался печальным. Меня там обокрали. Вытащили деньги из чемодана в номере, пока я гуляла по городу. Да, это было наивно с моей стороны оставлять деньги в чемодане, хотя я часто так делала в десятках отелях по всему миру. Я обратилась в администрацию, они сказали, что нужно провести «внутреннее расследование», потом порекомендовали поговорить с менеджером. Менеджер общался вначале корректно, хотя и холодно, прикрепил ко мне помощника, чтобы тот вызвал полицию. Вызывали ли они полицию - большой вопрос. На следующий день, когда я спросила менеджера смотрели ли они камеры (камеры у них везде), и сказала, что у них работает преступник, он заявил, что я не могу называть никого этим термином и он в том числе, потому что полиция это не доказала (!). Это великий знаток юриспруденции, но никак не менеджер отеля. Разговаривал он дерзко и жестко. Токсичное общение у него и с подчиненными. Такое общение с клиентом шокирует. Я узнала, что недавно в ноябре у них была подобная кража, и этот менеджер сказал, что вора они уволили. Что-то часто у них обкрадывают постояльцев. Не кажется ли руководству отеля это странным, как минимум. Если вы не повторите мою глупость с деньгами, то в этом отеле вас ожидает еще одна неприятность - в комнате пахнет канализацией. Впечатление, что спите на чистых простынях в общественном туалете. Как меня угораздило попасть в такую клоаку, не знаю.

The hotel location is right in the city center nearby the stores and restaurants but the hotel itself isn’t that good and I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying. First I start with room, I was given a sticky room looks like they’ve a sewage problem there and the pipers happened to be all over including the room. I address the issue with the supposed manager and he mentioned that there isn’t a problem there, minding you he was supposed to the manager of this complex when guest is addressing an issue he says otherwise. That being said alone is a reason to don’t stay there. Another is their checkout time is at 10am, yes you heard it right. Checkin is at 2pm and they wouldn’t check you in earlier but you’ve to leave their room as soon as 10am otherwise they’ll have securities to escort you out. I left my medication and other items in a rush to leave because they called the guy downstairs to escort me out. I was never treated like that in any other hotels around the globe, I’ve stayed in thousands of high end, mid grade and low end hotels. This one right here a shame, and for that manager, I don’t know why you there, probably planted there without any skills just because of your skin color.

+ Соответствие цена/качество! На момент нашего бронирования это был один из самых выгодных по цене апарт-отелей. + Удобное расположение рядом с храмом, где можно увидеть концерт уличных музыкантов. Через дорогу расположен огромный парк с ручными белками)) + Сам номер небольшой, всё соответствует фото. Удобная кровать, воздушное постельное белье. В душевой - мыло, шампунь, гель для душа. На кухне чайник, посуда, приветственный набор в виде чая/кофе. + Завтрак был ограниченный, но вкусный. Если останавливаться надолго, то я бы рекомендовала брать номер без завтрака. Так можно разнообразить себе меню и в кафе по деньгам выйдет плюс минус также, а то и дешевле. + Также при заселении давали карточку, по которой можно было каждому в течении дня в кофейне при отеле взять по чашке кофе бесплатно. - Из минусов выделю шумоизоляцию, точнее её отсутствие. Иногда слышно было соседей за стенкой и прохожих в коридоре. Но шуметь и устраивать вечеринки запрещено, поэтому спать ночью было более менее спокойно. - грязный пол. Несмотря на ежедневную уборку в номере, полы не мыли совсем. - у нас в номере не было чашек. Были бокалы для вина/воды, а чашек для чая не было)

我在該酒店被盜，請有計劃去開普敦的小夥伴不要入住該酒店。 安全設施可以説幾乎沒有，酒店裡的safe竟然還是可以他們自己用鑰匙可以打開的。。。進入房間的門擺設了一個門禁，但實際根本沒鎖。。。 酒店處理客戶投訴極端消極，我説報警，千方百計誘騙我説需要內部調查後再説直至我實在時間來不及報警。 看官們自看這張圖，就知道是什麼樣的一個酒店了。 總之，泣血相告，千萬不要去。

The hotel has a convenient location in the center of Cape Town. The rooms are comfortable enough for one or a young couple. If you plan to walk around the center - it's quite easy. I got to the Waterfront by walking in 20 minutes along busy streets and did not feel any danger anywhere. Small shops and supermarkets around the hotel allow you to cover all your everyday needs. The breakfast is quite meager, but literally around the corner on the next street you can find good cafes where you can have a great breakfast for a reasonable price and a supermarket where you can buy ready-made food. Immediately to the right of the exit from the hotel is the entrance to a beautiful park, from where wonderful views of the mountains open. The staff is responsive and helps to solve all problems. The only drawback is the noise from the air conditioning systems coming from the yard at night.
