城市蜂巢背包客旅館 (Urban Hive Backpackers)

有床蝨，被咬了身上起很多包，衞生真的不好👎，位置位於酒吧街，非常吵鬧，睡眠質量不大好. 但是工作人員很好，很善良。但是居住體驗確實不太好。

BEDBUGS!!! Please choose another hostel for your stay!! Me and my sister checked in in the afternoon and thought everything went well. Then we went out to eat in the evening and came back around midnight. As I was laying in my bed I noticed a bedbug running in front of my face. So I took a picture and confronted the front desk. The receptionist was helpful and offered another room on a different level. But when we went into said room, there were bugs all over the sink and on the wall and also a cockroach. I am by no means a clean freak and have also slept in unclean places, but I draw the line at bedbugs. So I went back to the front desk and asked for a check out and a refund. They said they could not refund because 永安 booked the wrong room type and that's why I should contact 永安 directly to receive a refund. But she said then we would get our refund. So we changed Hostels in the middle of the night and in the morning I contacted 永安, who told us they could only offer a refund, if the hostel said yes. I tried to initiate the refund, but as I was told, the hostel denied the refund. So I sent an email to the Hostel directly and asked for a refund, which they said they would agree with, I just had to do it over 永安. So again I tried to initiate the refund over 永安, but the Hostel Urban Hive Backpackers denied my refund again. So for my cancelled booking of two nights I didn't receive any refund. Normally there is no refund, which I understand, but due to hygienic standards not met and Bedbugs I would argue I should get maybe even a partial refund. I would not recommend booking here.

The service was good, the staff was kind, the location was good, and the security was good. However, there were bedbugs near the bed in the accommodation, so I suffered from itching

Friendly hostel

The hostel itself is stylishly designed with modern amenities and cozy communal areas where I could relax and socialize with fellow travelers. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city.

Amazing as always...

Old house converted to a hostel, but very homy for me. Nice amenities. Had a comfortable night even if it's located beside party places.

I am always astounded at how friendly and helpful the staff are!!!
