位置非常好距離雅加達幾個大的購物中心非常近走路不到10-20分鐘，周邊吃飯也很方便有麥當勞 漢堡王 賽百味等很多餐廳 值得推薦

以下是我對本次入住的真實反饋，體驗非常失望： ❌ 入住流程效率低下： · 下午2點的正常入住時間無法辦理，足足等待至3點。 · 前台僅有一名員工，應對大量客人，導致大堂擁擠不堪。 · 大堂空調製冷不足，人多擁擠，環境悶熱難耐。 ❌ 房間安排與安全問題： · 被安排到“聯通房”，與隔壁房間有一扇門相連，毫無安全感和私隱可言。 · 該房門隔音效果極差，能清晰聽到隔壁的所有聲音，嚴重影響休息。 ❌ 房間設施陳舊故障： · 冰箱製冷效果很差，形同虛設。 · 空調製冷速度非常緩慢，室温遲遲無法降低。 · 空調遙控器破舊，電池蓋已損壞。 · 房間外的走廊沒有空調，異常悶熱。 · 房間內網絡信號極差，基本無法正常使用。 ❌ 清潔衞生不達標： · 毛巾和枕頭均發現黑色污漬，令人懷疑是否徹底清洗消毒。 · 枕頭不僅有污漬，還已起球，顯得十分破舊。

這次入住的酒店真是太棒了！房間寬敞明亮，床品舒適，讓人一覺到天亮。酒店的早餐也很不錯，品種豐富，味道美味。總之，這次的住宿體驗非常滿意，下次還會再來

The location of the hotel is quite accessible to all places, but there are other few hotels as well better stay at those alternatives. The cleanliness is not very good, the water kettle is very dusty and the bathroom can see some molds & water marks on the glass as well as the sanitary areas. No hair dryer at all, no shower cap, no iron. Hair dryer & Iron need to request from and cannot keep inside the room only can use for 1 hours or so. So my next travel there, I will not stay at this hotel.

日本のホテルと比べたらそりゃ清潔感は劣るけど、綺麗な方だったと思う！市街地でバス停がすぐ近くにあるからロケーションは◎フロントの人も雑談してくれるくらいいい人だった！部屋はレビューの通り當たり外れがあると思う。自分は6階だったがとても綺麗だった。景色はあまり期待しない方がいい。とにかく、安さを求めるなら自分の運を信じてここにするのがいいと思う。次回利用も自分ならここを選ぶ。ただ自分の場合は壁補修の道具や誰かのスマートフォンが放置してあった。なにか不備があれば遠慮せずフロントに申し出よう。

Location strategic. Easy to find food. Walking distance to Indomaret, McDonalds, Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia, Thamrin and Tanah Abang. Staff were not to helpful as they tried to frame us for breaking the glass when we didn't even use the glass at all. Not gonna repeat my stay here at all. All the reviews in Tiktok and other platform is just scam!

Terrible hotel. 1. Room badly maintained. Never check the room in working order when assigned to guest. 2. Aircon leaking, 3. Toilet shower damaged. 3. Telephone spoil. 4. Jacuzzi shower hose leaking. 5. Smelly drainage. 6. Never given towels. 7. Hotel breakfast suck. Luckily never booked that. Good location. Walking distance to Sarina and wholesale clothing's market.

The hotel is located a bit far from Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, making it inconvenient to walk to the malls. In terms of location, it’s not very strategic. The hotel amenities were also lacking — during our 3-night stay, we were not provided with small towels for the toilet. Upon checkout, we were only allowed to store our luggage for half an hour, even though we had a night flight and planned to go shopping beforehand. The only highlight of our stay was the superb customer service. Other than that, everything else was quite underwhelming.
