We stayed in this modern hotel from Wednesday May, 22nd-Sunday May, 26th. The only problem that we ran into was the front desk charged us for the stay as well as 永安. However, the staff members worked to get everything rectified in a timely manner. Also, it’s important to note that housekeeping does not frequently come to clean the rooms or replenish towels and cloths. If you need them and request them, they are available but just don’t expect a daily visit!

The size of the room is relatively big for a usual room in Chicago downtown. But the room cleaning service can only be ordered every 2nd day at the counter as well as complementary water will only be given if you ask at the counter, too. What I like every morning, is to take away free coffee w milk for the way on the way out from the hotel for meetings;)

Hotel sucio y con muy mal servicio, el personal de recepción grosero y maleducado, me cargaron 4 veces la garantía y me dicen que se devuelve automáticamente y tengo en mi tarjeta 600€ cargados por la incompetencia del personal, que parece que están en una fiesta en lugar de estar trabajando, muy mal servicio en general, hablar de limpieza es mejor ni hablar, pelos, restos de comida en la habitación etc…

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends n family who want to visit Chicago. Great location and the facility is very well maintained and quite valuable for what I’m paying for. Two blocks away from Michigan Avenue and located in the MM area. Public transportation is accessible in all forms.
