酒店位置很好！步行可達壯麗大道，套房寬敞乾淨，床品舒適。員工服務熱情，早餐豐富，整體體驗感很不錯，下次來芝加哥還會考慮這邊

高層確實設施和風景都要好多了，有拖鞋和浴袍，整個服務非常高，冰箱，咖啡機和微波爐皆有，洗澡也有隔斷，水不會漫出來，衹是水温偏熱，調不了。

We had a pre-paid stay with 3 rooms total for 4 nights. One of the guests lost his flight and we alerted the hotel that he would be checking in a day later.  however they sold the room to someone else, and refused to find him a new accommodation when he showed up.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is ideally located—right in the heart of the Magnificent Mile, so it’s within walking distance of world-class shopping, dining, and iconic Chicago landmarks like the John Hancock Center and Navy Pier. Room Quality: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I stayed in a city-view room, and the view of the Chicago skyline was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights illuminated the skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's rest, and the bathroom was sleek and contemporary with high-end toiletries. Location: This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to experience the best of Chicago. Not only are you close to Michigan Avenue's shopping and dining, but you're also a short walk from cultural attractions like the Art Institute and Millennium Park. Abit far from the subway/metro lines but taking the bus was convenient as well.

Keine Dusche - Slipper, keine Wattestäbchen - NICHTS und du wächst morgens auf und siehst dass die Wellen auf den See gestern abends reiner Dreck auf den Fenstern von außen u n d innen war! Der Mann an der Rezeption "sorry I have to inform Housekeeping". No discounts, no free breakfast - nothing... As a Gold Member !

Hotel is well located towards the end of Michigan Avenue, in a peaceful street by the lakefront. Our double suite was very spacious and comfortable. The gym is slightly small but has all the basics. The hotel has an adjoining private restaurant but our rate didn't include breakfast. Easy walk to Navy Pier along the shore. Very friendly staff!

去年住過一次，覺得非常好。地理位置優越。機場到酒店（Uber在t2地面，到酒店 50多美元，很方便，）t2的Uber等待處，有很多主動搭訕，説可以開車帶你去，本人覺得沒必要。不安全，還貴。我們Uber打車50多。那個人開價70。上次沒買早餐，這次想試試，其實早餐券就是30美元一個人，還要付小費，服務費，其實最多就20多可用。服務非常差，叫他們沒人理會，要小費急吼吼。這是這次來美國帶早餐的酒店服務最差的。不推薦含早餐，就入住。附近有很多好吃的，出行非常方便。

先説衞生吧：剛一進衞生間就發現在馬桶座上有頭髮。 環境：在裝修外立面，門口都是架子。 地理位置：非常好，就在華麗大道旁邊，出行方便且安全。 服務：沒感受到，打電話問了才知道公共網壞了，他們給了另外的上網方式。 房間不隔音，隔壁熊孩子每天鬧到半夜, 另外那一側洗澡聲音也統統入耳。
