中央魯普酒店 (Central Loop Hotel)

冷的時候開空調，並沒有暖氣出來

每次到芝加哥出差都是選的這裏，黃金地帶的位置，性價比很高

處在芝加哥市中心，隔壁就是芝加哥聯邦儲備銀行和the Rookery，往東走幾步路就是芝加哥藝術博物館和千禧公園，往西走幾步就是火車站，交通很方便。附近有不少711。 服務人員很熱情。室內乾淨衞生，但是沒有飲用水。電梯間提供礦泉水瓶和飲水機。 拖鞋要自己跟前台要。

Front desk neglected to tell me you must use your room key to take the elevator to your floor or info on WiFi. No biggie, as I eventually figured it out. But the room was squeezed in a corner so you couldn't open the room door if the bathroom door was open. Luckily only 1 guest as it was tight. It was disappointing that there was no mini-fridge, couldn't find an ice maker and the workout facility desperately needs a couple of large fans as it was sweltering.

El Hotel estaba fabulosamente ubicado en el Loop. La habitación que nos tocó era muy grande y aunque estaba un poco anticuado especialmente el baño, con cortina en la ducha, todavía a día de hoy, estaba muy limpio y un pequeño problema con el desagüe , lo solucionaron enseguida El personal muy educada, nos dejaron incluso dejar nuestras cosas el dia del check out, y tambien decir que el pub británico que esta abajo esta fenomenal, o paracomer, o para tomar una cuando llegas cansada de turismo. En definitiva , volvería. .

그냥 딱 다운타운에 하루 이틀 묵기 좋은 호텔이요. 깨끗하고 cozy 했습니다. 위치가 좋아요. 앞에 오헤어 공항 가는 blue line - Monroe station 있어서 저는 마지막 하루 여기서 묵었네요.

I've never had such an experience before. In my whole life I barely give 2 stars feedback to property, honestly I just wanna give 1 star feedback but the residents are friendly and nice that why I add one more star for them. The location is really convenient, room setting is super clean and organization. However, the black old lady who works at front desk is really mean and rude, she tried to bully me when I was checking in. Her service attitude likes she's guest I'm staff, and I owed her money, too. After check in my mood is really down, so I can't get any reason is why I pay almost $400 a night come here to get treatment like that. If you come to check Chicago I won't recommend this hotel for, or if you like the hotel but don't come to check in around 11am-1pm on Saturday！

The hotel charged me a deposit of $560.74, but returned $460.74 without any reason deducting $100. They still didn’t give me back the $100 overcharged for no reason!

My stay at the Central Loop Hotel was disappointing at best. When I arrived to my room it was filthy, there was hair on the floor and the blanket on my bed was noticably dirty. I called down to housekeeping to have them come the room and they told me that if I needed the room cleaned I would need to call in the morning before 10:30 am, meaning that I needed to sleep with the dirty blanket. I made sure to call them at nine the next morning before I went out for the day and they told me that the housekeeping was already full for the day (not surprising given the condition of my room). When I pressed them and said that it was really imperative that someone come up to my room they said they would send someone up. By the time I got back from the city around 3:00pm nobody has cleaned the room. When I went down to talk to them, the staff didn't apologize but said they would send someone down later. I just got back to the room again and it's about 10:00pm and the room still hasn't been cleaned. The staff was super unhelpful during my stay and I would not recommend staying here.
