看評論有亂收費的嫌疑，其實沒有，附近就這個價，總價是差不多的，這個酒店收費名目不一樣而已，還送了天台酒吧的券，帶爸媽上樓喝酒看夜景，原本是因為航班取消滯留了一晚，也算有意外的風景

I was to pay 117 at check in per room. Hotel made me par 285 for something I didn’t have time to use which was tickets to attractions and that fee included a fee for checking out. ..49 a room for coupons snd 65 per room check out fee. Our car was too tall for the 85.00 a night parking but the garage at the corner only charged 58.00 a night. I wouldn’t recommend driving downtown Chicago unless you like being stressed out. I’m asking 永安 to reimburse the difference between the 117 and 185.

I was charged 139 dollars instead of 69 dollars as per the invoice issued by 永安. Apparently they were doing this to other customers too. The manager on duty was rude. Told me to check in in these terms or would not check me in. TV did not work. Bathroom had broken soap dispenser.

I was told when I booked the hotel through 永安 that I would have to pay $69 when I got to hotel I already paid $143. When I got to that hotel they told me that they did not honor what 永安 put as me Oweing $69 that I would have to pay another $139 double what I was told that I had to pay to hotel when I got there. Very misleading. Did not see the point of even looking through 永安 I ended up paying full price for the room just as if I would have booked directly to the hotel.

여기 구글평점 보시면 스캠사기 수준으로 돈 뜯어갑니다. 일부러 가격 낮게 해서 사람들 예약하게 해놓고 체크인 하러 가면 리조트피로 기존 가격보다 훨씬 더 많아 받아가요 여기서 결제하시는 금액의 2.배 이상이라고 생각하고 감안하고 예약하세요 근데 가격에 비해 하우스키핑도 없고 커피포트도 없었습니다 체크인 하러 온 손님들 보면 전부 얼탱이 없어하면서 돈뜯깁니다 이 때문에 체크인 시간도 엄청 오래걸리고요 맘편히 여행 하실거면 가지 마세요 차라리 돈 몇만원 더 주더라도 다른 호텔 가는게 훨씬 좋을것 같습니더

Don't book this as you will end up paying $80 as additional fees while checking in the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed by the front desk that I would need to pay $150 for a mandatory guest package that includes breakfast and drinks which I did not want as I needed to vacate the room at 4 AM to catch my early morning flight.I was surprised to hear this, as nowhere on the 永安 booking page or during the reservation process was this additional fee of $150 mentioned which I was expecting. Had I been aware of this, I would have taken it into consideration when making my reservation.

The reception was very nice. The Filipino staff helped me and provided more information. The service was good and the staff had a great service mindset. The room was very nice and comfortable. Nice location I hope to come again!

I’m not very happy that I payed an amount online to book the hotel, then got charged an extra $70 + $120 deposit once I arrived at the hotel.  I was not able to pay that and the hotel denied my cancellation request.  Will not be using 永安s.com or The hotel collection again.
