Was an impressive stay.... hotel parking is a little pricy but its a city price so kinda understandable... hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. Hotel location was very strategic to look around and visits... Room was clean but the water temperature was not so consistent... Can be improved better.

Easy to be booking on 永安. The facilities are good closed to shopping: the service have friendly staff and helpful. The room are nice. I will book again soon with my next travel. Thank you.

A small hotel near the tram station. It is 5 minutes walk within the city centre. Rooms are very nice. The gym and pool is a few minutes walk away.

Great place to stay as it was very central in Christchurch, with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool and gym were fantastic as well, with a coffee shop next door.

the room assigned had uneven floor at the entrance of the bathroom and cause frequent 永安ping. The bathroom does not have proper drainage and water flows all over the place and will flow outside when you bath.

The staff is very friendly and we are lucky that we got upgraded to a bigger room. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a great rest after a long flight. You can see the tram pass through the hotel. Highly recommend to stay at Hotel 115 if you visit Christchurch.
