Rooms are old. Food quality is nice. Locationis good. Lift some time not working. Hotel stuff good behaviour and desk managers is very gentle.

* no lift working * poor hygiene * food quality is not matched as compared to previous years. * price is higher. * bathroom flush not working properly and water logging problems in each rooms. * poor and noisy ac installed in the room. * door lock is still old type.

Stay duration 13-12-23 service was not good, i have asked for blanket so many times but they did not provide. Room service was not good, there were not responding properly.

Services were not good, the room lock was not working, and the telephone receiver was not working properly at the time. They have to request every time for a complimentary water bottle, and their service person does not keep the necessary items in the room.
