I was there for 2 nights. Location was good and room was also cozy and nice. All things are good except the amenities. It would be good if they should provide tea kettle with tea bags. There was only 1 small bottle of water as a welcome drink and they never refill it. There was no toothpaste in the toilet. Breakfast was also good but they should charge €10 but instead they are charging €15. Rest is good and recommended.

ich möchte Ihnen gerne ein großes Lob aussprechen für den erstklassigen Service, den ich während meines Aufenthalts in Ihrem Hotel erlebt habe. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung an der Rezeption bis hin zur komfortablen und makellos sauberen Unterkunft fühlte ich mich rundum wohl. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bereit, meine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Vielfalt und Qualität der angebotenen Speisen im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Jede Mahlzeit war ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis. Auch das Spa und der Fitnessbereich waren hervorragend ausgestattet und boten die perfekte Möglichkeit zur Entspannung und Erholung. Ich möchte mich nochmals herzlich bei Ihnen und Ihrem Team bedanken und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in der Stadt ohne zu zögern wieder in Ihrem Hotel übernachten.

Aus mir nicht bekannten Gründen hatte ich ein Behindertenzimmer erhalten. Das hat mich nicht erfreut, denn derartigen Zimmer mangelt es an einer ansprechenden Einrichtung. Darüber hinaus wies das Zimmer weitere Mängel auf: 1) das Waschbecken war versiopft und das Wasser lief nur sehr lansam ab (s. Foto) 2) das Handtuch wies bräunliche Flecken auf (s. Foto) 3) unter der Dusche stand man über einem durch ein Metallgitter verschlossenen Abfluss (s. Foto). Dieser verströmte unangenehme Gerüche, welche einem beim Duschen in die Nase strömten und Übelkeit erzeugten. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen und rate davon ab, dort ein Zimmer zu buchen.

Shower and bathroom was nice and clean. The double bed we booked was just two mattresses next to each other. The bedding had a huge yellow stain on it. The only amenities were hand soap and a body wash/ shampoo mix. Our key card didn't work and had to go down to the desk three times before it was fixed. When we booked it said breakfast included but after we booked it said no meals and they wanted 30€ for adding breakfast. There are less expensive hotels closer to the main city area so for this price I'd say it isn't worth it.

酒店其實並不算差 但我沒想到竟然真的是國內速8酒店一模一樣的風格 問題是這個檔次的在國內最多二百塊錢啊 在歐洲竟敢要一千多一晚上 也是可惡可惡

Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Gute Matratzen, 2 Kissen pro Person, das Frühstück war sehr schön mit guter Auswahl. Preis-Leistung insgesamt sehr gut. Die Lage ist ausreichend, da ein Fußmarsch von 10 bis 15 Minuten bis zzr U-Bahn Berliner Tor notwendig ist. Drumherum sind nur andere Hotels, sonst nichts.

酒店房間都寬躺，可以同時開到2個大行李箱，位置不算大近地鐵車站，要推行李有段路，步行還是可以。如要坐長途巴士的巴士站還算近，坐的士都只需5分鐘左右，大約10歐
