Overall hotel ambiance is very basic bit rooms are good n food is awesome. For just night stay it's good but if u want enjoy property then i would not recommend. Food is at next level

We had booked this hotel before 18 days of our 永安, hotel was too good, room was clean, and food was too delicious staff was amazing. We stayed 3 nights 4 days and had very excellent experience with their staff, especially receptionist, f&b team and house keeping. Thanks to the swagat hotel to do this kind of hospitality with us. And we are definitely will stay next time with your hospitality service. Regards shubham khanvilkar.

Location wise hotel is situated about 1 km from nakki lake and main market is nearby where various restaurants and eateries are available. Check in at reception was smooth and my luggage was carried to my room. Room was bit average not too large somewhat on smaller side, bathroom was clean and spacious alough they don't provide dental kit. Condition of room was ok, they provided refrigerator in room but that was not working. Staff behaviour was good. It's a safe place for couples. I parked my rented bullet in front parking without any security issue overall stay was good

I stayed with family for 4n & 5 d (12th june onwards) and was totally amused. Excellent in all sense be it walking to nakki lake with kids to cleanliness in room and surrounding to foods. Everything perfectly placed. Inf-act we ordered all meals and snacks in the hotel restaurant only. We were delighted to get pent house since for kids, this was an added advantage due to more space outside the room ) staffs, reception and restaurant all perfect. Even if i try to find deliberately any lacuna, i won't be successful, was so perfect in all sense even in pricing.
