This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It is incredibly clean—I have never come across a cleaner hotel. As someone traveling alone, safety was extremely important to me, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The hotel is also beautifully designed and very stylish. The location is perfect, just a three-minute walk from Cologne Cathedral and only two minutes from Cologne Central Station (Köln Hbf), making it incredibly convenient and central. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and understanding. I experienced a situation where I was completely in the wrong, yet they treated me with nothing but patience and understanding. They even asked if there was anything else they could do to help, which I truly appreciated. The housekeeper was amazing. She helped me with everything. She didn’t have to, but she chose to. I accidentally forgot one of my belongings, and she even ran after me to make sure I got it back. I am genuinely grateful for her kindness. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cologne.

チェックインは系列のホテルで行う必要があり、Googleマップで表示される場所にはフロントもなく直接入れないので要注意（朝食も別の建物）。インターホン越しに案內してくれますが、事前にお知らせしてくれるとよりスムーズだったかと思います。 いくつかの建物があるようで、宿泊もまた違う建物でしたが、ミニキッチンがついたダイニングルームとベッドルームに分かれていて、快適に過ごせました！（予約時の寫真とは全然違いましたが） エレベーターなしで建物間の移動も発生しますが、そのあたりを気にしないのであればコスパよくおすすめです。

客房精緻乾淨，早歺麪包烤得外皮脆裡邊軟，是我喜歡的口味，吃三個麪包後，午飯都可以省了。我喜歡這個酒店。
