вежливый персонал, но сам концепт отеля мне не зашел, нет ресторана а ля карт, мне не интересен шведский стол, я ем фрукты , магазина тоже нет, вай фай очень нестабильный , а вокруг тоже ничего нет. даже бритвенный станок оказался в недосягаемости … протекает в корпусе жилом потолок в коридоре, всю ночь слышен звук воды с потолка , чтобы это как то устранить на полу лежало полотенце - это не красиво , а цены как в дорогостоящих отелях . Я жила в дорогих отелях и цена была оправдана за качество … второй раз точно не приеду .

Really my review boils down to one word: Value. It is impossible to get this level of service from great food, kind staff, fun amenities and unlimited drinks on an amazing, private beach-side resort anywhere else in the world.

While we knew the resort was located far from nearby towns and attractions, we did not expect such limited availability of basic conveniences on-site. Even simple items such as snacks or everyday supplies were difficult to find. There is a small shop outside the main gate, but many guests may feel uncomfortable relying on it. Surprisingly, room service does not offer common options such as hamburgers or pizza, despite pizza being available in the resort restaurant. The lack of amenities became a recurring theme throughout our stay. When we tried to book a massage at the spa, all appointments were fully booked until our departure. Water sports activities were unavailable, and even basic recreational equipment was lacking—reception could not provide a ping-pong ball. Evening activities were also less enjoyable due to the absence of fans or ventilation in the outdoor areas, making them uncomfortably hot. At the beach, many sunbeds were reserved with hotel towels and remained unused for most of the day, limiting availability for other guests. We also found little value in purchasing half-board or full-board packages, as access control appeared minimal and staff rarely checked room numbers. Similarly, security at the resort entrance seemed very relaxed. German appeared to be the dominant language throughout the resort, which may make German-speaking guests feel particularly welcome, although the guest population is more diverse. Overall, the atmosphere felt somewhat uninspired, and while activities were listed in the resort app, none seemed especially appealing to us. This property does not currently deliver what we would consider a five-star experience. Expectations should be adjusted accordingly, especially for travelers familiar with international luxury standards. Guests are limited to five small bottles of water per room per day, although refill stations are available at the restaurant and reception. Since these locations were about a 15-minute walk from our room, this was often inconvenient. The minibar was completely empty, so guests should not expect in-room refreshments. The most positive aspect of our stay—and something we experienced throughout Vietnam—was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were consistently helpful and courteous, even when explaining that certain services or amenities were unavailable. I felt like the resort is living its last days and is completely depressed. What a pity. Don’t rely on the high guest ratings. That was our failure.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Robinson. The team made It truly memorable. ✅We loved the activities, especially, yoga classes, we used plenty of amenities, and absolutely loved german style breakfast - the bread is a special compliment to the restaurant. ❓Minor suggestions would be: 1) to improve sound protection on the room door (since it is really loud when other guests open/close their doors, or walk the corridor 2) check the Asian breakfast menu - as it is not as delicious as Vietnamese cuisine is (dimsam as an example was quite plain) 3) check the activities room billiards’s zone: cues tips and the crown are definitely missing. It's a bit far from Da Nang, the service is excellent, the grounds are large, but not always well-maintained. Overall, I recommend it.

Очень хороший отель для тех кто ищет уединения. Инфраструктуры поблизости нет. Хой Ан далеко. Поесть только в отеле. Отличная кухня, дорого. Почти все отдыхающие- из Германии. Кому-то очень понравится, кому-то нет))

Good resort for rest with family.

Alles einfach ausgezeichnet: sehr leckeres Frühstück und exzellentes Gourmet-Abendessen, freundlichster aufmerksamer Service, super Zimmer mit Ausblick, eine wunderschöne Anlage mit verschiedenen Pools, auch Schwimmerbecken, Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Strandbar, sehr viele tolle Angebote, z.B. ausgezeichnete Massagen, dancing am Pool mit richtig gutem DJ und vieles mehr… könnte besser nicht sein!!

Our ROBINSON Nam Hoi An Experience Our 6-night stay at ROBINSON Nam Hoi An, extended by 3, was exceptional. We can't confirm any negative ratings. The location is incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxation with no other hotels nearby. The fitness program and amenities were exactly what we needed after traveling Southeast Asia. All staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. This resort is a true tranquil oasis.
