打掃環境實在是爛死了 馬桶兩天沒刷 我是男生 剛回飯店就看到洗臉盆有頭髮 地上有奇怪的水痕 而且要求兩天才打掃乾淨 照片的房間也都修正的很大間 其實很小

絕對物超所值，適合躺平的酒店，地理位置很好，在美溪沙灘的核心位置，有一個大的停車場，酒店屬於自助公寓類型的，每天不用經過酒店大堂，很舒服。

房間非常乾淨整潔，這是我們的帶陽台雙人房，走去對面美溪海灘僅有 150 米，在陽台上也能直接看到海邊。最重要的是這個價格，能住到這樣房間，性價比拉滿！

非常奇葩的酒店，找到酒店的銘牌，卻不知道酒店在哪裡，問了很多人，終於知道在大樓的7樓，沒有任何標誌 ，兩個越南小妹算是服務員了，訂的是6樓的海景房，給的是4樓的街景房，整理完想睡覺，發現床上沒有被子，微信聯繫小妹，服務員説自己要去總枱拿，我很生氣，讓她拿下來，結果她衹給一床，沒辦法，衹好自己又上去拿一床，最終還是自己到總枱領被子了，很無語。

房間乾淨，有冰箱，和熱水壺，還有空調，衞生間也乾淨; 位置不錯， 很靠近沙灘，沙灘有很多啤酒吧; 唯一的問題是並沒有圖片裏的游泳池

Price of the hotel was absolutely a steal, taking into account the big rooms, proximity to the beach and beautiful views. Thankful for the previous reviews that we managed to find the entrance of the hotel. Enter B&B Bakery and find the glass door, the lift to the reception is through here. Receptionists speak English and were kind and friendly. We didn't stay the night as we had a flight to catch, but the amenities (shower, bed and air-conditioning) were good. There were a little dirt stains on the couch but it wasn't a big issue. We also spotted a few big ants.

The location of this property is excellent! Several decent coffee shops either downstairs or within a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants around the hotel, 5 minutes walk to the My Khe Beach. Surroundings give strong touristy feeling and lots of restaurants around are purely open for tourists. But this is understandable as locals do not really come to this end for food and leisure much. The hotel room is basic, but it has everything you need. Shower gel and shampoos are not in bottles, but little sachets, they get replaced daily, two free bottles of water are also replenished on a daily basis. There is only one thing that didn’t feel great was that, the listing picture (attached) is so different to the room we get, it also says 35 square metres for the room, however, the room we were given was no where near that size. Felt a bit misled to be honest. We enjoyed the balcony and it was a plus, and we enjoyed the balcony view. The aircon in our room was functioning well. Other than this, overall, it was a good stay I would say.
