奧爾文精品酒店 (Olwen Boutique Hotel)

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and located in a quiet block. The staff speaks English, and the receptionists were very polite and helpful. Right after I checked in, there was a circuit failure in my room. There was a sudden burst of sparks right next to my face while I was sitting at the table by the TV. It even melted the plastic panel of the TV. I immediately went downstairs to report what happened, and the staff helped me move to another room, which I appreciated. However, in a situation that puts guests in danger, I feel the staff should act more proactively. I was hoping they would immediately offer to switch my room, but it was actually my own request. The receptionist told me he would go and check something and then left me alone in the room. Maybe it was a misunderstanding and he actually went to check the availability of another room, but he didn’t explain that to me. That left me feeling a bit weird about the whole situation. The staff seemed very chill about what had happened, while I think a safety issue like this should be taken more seriously. The booking comes with breakfast, which is a nice plus. You can choose a dish from the menu and have it with a drink the next morning. I stayed for three days and overall had a comfortable stay and slept well. The bed is comfortable. There might be some construction noise starting around 5 a.m., but it is quite distant, so only people with sensitive sleep might notice it. I also rented a bike right at the reception, which was very convenient. There is a tiny, cute balcony in the room, which is good for smokers. However, that’s pretty much the only use for it. It would be nice to have some ropes or hooks where you could hang wet clothes. Otherwise, the balcony feels a bit pointless. The overall cleanliness was good, but there was one thing that really bothered me: the bed. There was quite a lot of black hair along the side of the bed and a LOT of dust behind it. There were also some objects that had fallen between the bed and the wall and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. It looked pretty gross. The bathroom was one of my favorite parts. There is a nice bathtub with a rain shower, and I loved it! The water pressure was great. When it was time to check out, I asked at reception if I could check out half an hour later. I could see that the staff seemed uncomfortable with my request, so I just said I would check out on time. However, I don’t think an extra 30 minutes is a big deal if there are plenty of rooms available — and they did have several rooms available for booking when I checked the app. Especially considering that I had checked in quite late on my first day, around 7–8 p.m., I was a little disappointed that they couldn’t accommodate such a small request. During my first two days, a cleaning lady came and asked if I wanted my room cleaned, but I declined. On the third day, she didn’t ask, probably because it was my check-out day. They also provided drinking water in glass bottles, which was a nice touch, but the water wasn’t refilled even once during my stay. I guess if you don’t request room cleaning, the water isn’t refilled either. Overall, my stay was mostly comfortable and I liked the hotel. The main thing that left a bitter taste was the refusal to let me check out just 30 minutes later. Especially after the electrical incident on my first day, I feel that a small gesture like this, or at least a more proactive apology, would have made a big difference.

是很有設計風格的有點復古的酒店，空間內大面積的陶土材質、撞色瓷磚和一些木質結構，還有漂亮小陽台。整體住起來非常舒服的房間，吹風機也很好用。前台會拿菜單提前跟你確認第二天的早餐，是有被認真對待的幸福生活早餐。

一切都很完美，早餐，住宿，租車，海邊，我們非常享受酒店的位置！

房間太小了，交通不方便

房間乾淨，但是浴室的設計有點奇怪，在浴缸前有個關不上的窗口，洗澡的時候還吹着冷氣覺得很冷 早餐真的很好吃

房間唔算話好大但舒適好靚有度假風 洗手間嘅浴缸bath tub勁深！ 150以下嘅要小心浸親 長腿或者身形比較龐大嘅人，應該會覺得好開心 超好浸 水壓充足 早餐好食 最緊要係佢哋呢度嘅咖啡不得了 雖然都係店員負責，我懷疑佢攞過咖啡拉花大菜冠軍 黐線每一杯latte出嚟都勁靚 果汁又勁好飲都係鮮榨嘅。 除咗喺間房嗰個遮光度都幾唔夠之外，其他都OK 但其實個光線都舒服的 酒店100米，有間廿四小時嘅便利店士多可以買到唔同嘅嘢 - 輕輕一提就係呢間酒店直接同佢哋支付酒店價格會比網上購買更便宜 - 唯一缺點位就係佢冇無障礙嘅通道 所以要訓練力嘅表現 大約有四級樓梯同馬路之間嘅距離 - 成間酒店係得四層客房，每一層係得三間 最高嗰層係泳池 適合打卡，同埋有啲按摩打落個身度 唔適合游水 但係小朋友玩水OK

服務人員英文很好，也非常熱情温暖，有問題時她們也會非常努力協助處理，並且不斷關心我們。早餐是自己單點一份加一杯飲料，非常好吃，也可以吃飽！ 只是附近餐館及吃的店不多，附近還在發展中，非常多建案還在進行中，這邊的沙灘比美溪沙灘更漂亮，人潮較少，舒服多了！ 認真找，附近其實很多間超商可以買飲料、泡麵…

來峴港入住超驚喜！地段鬧中取靜，遠離一線臨海大酒店的嘈雜喧鬧，夜裡安安靜靜睡得超踏實。步行15分鐘就能到美溪海灘，逛沙灘、看日落超便捷。店員熱情細心，推薦本地美食，服務細緻周到。房型乾淨整潔，價格親民性價比拉滿，偏愛安逸休閑出行的朋友首選！

非常温馨的小旅館，和那種很吵的大飯店完全不一樣 早餐非常的好吃、是很有水準的那種 床非常好睡，床單還有毛巾也很乾淨 整個房間好漂亮風格我很喜歡 服務也很親切，我非常喜歡這間飯店
