The swimming pool area needs a proper renovation, the rooms as well plus the toilet area . The customer service isn’t the best despite the location being good. Day 1 arriving at the hotel, I had to ask for help from the staff to help me carry my suitcases inside , one of the staff ladies broke my suitcase at the bottom. Again, the customer service at this hotel isn’t the best.

Restaurant full of insects and unclean, old blankets and the color has changed from white to yellow, means the bed is uncomfortable. Very high prices and inconvenient services

There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling caused by mold. When I asked the receptionist about a reasonably priced restaurant near the hotel, she lied to my face and said I'd have to drive 15 minutes to find one, when in reality it was only a 2-minute walk. It's obvious they have to resort to such tactics to keep guests in the hotel's own restaurant.

Hotellet er meget slidt og trænger til renovering. A/C virkede ikke i vores værelse og der manglede pærer i lamper. Vi blev flyttet til et andet rum, men der var badekarret i stykker. Der var larm til kl 22 af musik
