I am appalled by this hotel's lack of integrity. After requesting a cancellation due to travel issues, the management manipulated my booking to avoid refund, rebooking me to a later date without my permission after promising 永安 that they will refund my second night. Such a shameful act.

I had a good stay. The only issue was that the gym and the swimming pool are in the other building, requiring a short walk to access them. Other than this, I found my stay comfortable.

酒店位置還可以，處於市中心，但是當地供電不穩定，經常停電 設施：房間比較大，同時提供鍋碗 衞生：房間比較乾淨 環境：能看到城市主幹道夜景

Poor service at the reception, I was asking the reception to help me print several pages of documents on 6th March afternoon, the girls at the reception said no and ask me to send the file via email to the hotel. And the ironic is: printer exactly aside the reception. What a wonderful service!

Our room was very clean though a bit sterile. The restaurant was a very nice buffet for Valentine’s Day, which caught us by surprise. The only disappointment was the pool and athletic facility was in a separate facility that required walking through a parking garage.
