This hotel(?) Is near the airport, which is convenient for the Travellers who leave early in the morning or arrive late at night. I just walk there but I recommend you take a taxi if you are not accustomed to walking in suburban areas.

I was asked to call but my friend n I was hiking. When I came down I called but no one picked up the call. When our driver was searching for the area- it was a housing area with no provided with house number. Hence, we did not stay there at all. If the owner is a responsible person- he / she should call back/ text back or make any kind of communication. I’ve even stated that we’re not from Philippines to know the whereabouts. Since the property not stayed in- I would expected a refund- which was not refunded and rejected.

The location indicates of google navigation is different from the actual of the house. and the house is also different to the picture. It so bad experience. I did fully paid my stay for 3 days but i need to change from there into other place because the location is hard to pick up of any transportation. Be careful the staycation is inside of the village.

The area was generally clean and comfortable for a short stay.

Positives: - Beautiful Huge TV in room - Clean house and room - The host lady is kind and caring. Sent a follow up text to ensure I am fine after I got lost and didn't find the place even with local neighbour's support. Thank you. Negatives: - 1. Misleading advert: a. This is not a hotel as the name suggests. b. Bedrooms which share a toilet and a shower are rented out in a family house by a private host. c. No reception service - self check in and check out, information sent when contacted through 永安 platform in desperation. Would have rather booked a different place if I have known all above information in advance. - 2. Extremely hard to find location - 3. Advance communication about arrangement for occupying the room was non-existent. Disconnect between sending my passport via 永安 had to resend on whatsapp, which is OK. However, not sure about GDPR and data privacy when sending passport via WhatsApp to a previously unknown number. This could be done much better. - 4. Shower hose extremely short. - 5. No coffee tea neither hygiene kit arrangements.

The place is so nice and neat. The room is well lit and the ventilation is good.

Suprised me i have to pay in hotel and they message me after a months that i still need to pay. Lucky i have receipt gcash transferred saved on my phone. Seems that theyre not yet systematic. Also, too pricy for small room. People of 3-4 need to squeeze in literaly. Better have a condotel kinda accomodation instead of a room. The lady owner is very nice
