Everything was perfect, the amenities, facilities, clean. Easy and straight forward self check in. The owner will guide you through email step by step. Near to lots of restaurant, malls etc. easy access ro public transportation. I enjoyed my stay there and will book again soon.

I stay here every time I’m in Davao. It’s a mixed-gender hostel-type stay situation so you’ll be staying with other people. There are definitely downsides to it in that you’ll have to be extra careful with how you move and sometimes you won’t have the most considerate room mates. That said, price and location is unbeatable. It gets near daily cleaning as well so the room is definitely clean. Owner is nice and responsive.

The place was very decent, especially if you’re visiting for a short period of time and on a budget. It’s within walking distance of Abreeza Mall and close to trendy cafes. I only put 4 smileys on the amenities because neither the pool nor the gym was available yet, as it is still under construction. You have to be respectful with other guests, by the way, but all in all, it was a pleasant time.

Hotel ataff are accomodating, hazzle free check in and check out. Clean space and peaceful sorroundings. Host in the room is friendly. Ai gives proper instructiins.

I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Condo Bed Space in Davao! The accommodation is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Sir Noel, the owner, is incredibly generous and attentive, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, checking in to see how my stay is going and ensuring I have everything I need. This place is perfect for solo travelers like me who also need to work during their stay. They provided a desk and office chair, making it very convenient to get work done comfortably. While it would have been even better to have a variety of lighting options, what’s available was still perfectly sufficient. I truly appreciate all the effort Sir Noel puts into making his guests feel welcome and cared for. It’s rare to find such a combination of cleanliness, comfort, and personal attention. I would absolutely stay here again on my next 永安 to Davao, and I’ve already recommended this place to my friends. Without a doubt, I’m giving Cozy Condo Bed Space a full course rating! 😊✨

Staff especially at the lobby are not in good manners. Im asking something but they just  answering me while touching their phone and playing games,sitting down and not seriously facing you with politeness. Im working at the hotel too. So I just observed. I felt frustated.

I had a very comfortable and convenient stay at this condo bed spacer. The place is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the privacy curtain and personal storage space. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were both strong, and the common areas (kitchen and bathroom) were regularly cleaned. The location is perfect — close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The host/landlord was very responsive and easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for students, young professionals, or anyone looking for a budget-friendly but decent place to stay in the city!
