Very disappointing customer service. We arrived before the standard check-in time and were informed that our room was already cleaned and available. However, despite the room being ready, the hotel refused to let us check in unless we paid an additional PHP 1,000 for early check-in. I understand that hotels have check-in policies, but when the room is already vacant, cleaned, and available, charging such a high fee feels more like an opportunity to generate extra revenue than to provide good hospitality. A little flexibility and consideration for guests would have gone a long way. Staff was not accommodating. The hotel’s rigid policy left a poor impression. Hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome, especially when accommodating them would not inconvenience anyone. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. I hope management reviews this policy and considers a more guest-friendly approach.

The location is a bit far from the city but you can get around easy especially if you're travelling by car. Clean rooms and bathrooms. I would stay longer here if i could.

Comfortable lounge seating in vibrant yellow and blue tones creates an inviting space where guests can socialize, wait comfortably, or conduct informal meetings. The polished marble flooring enhances the sense of cleanliness, sophistication, and luxury throughout the area.

We chose this hotel primarily because of its location. From the guard who assist us in the parking, to the bellboy, the receptionist, the housekeeping, everyone is up to their toes. Rooms, well just the right size for us. Cleanliness, ok Basic toiletries are available Water is available in the hallway Towels and linen are new and smells good Easy check in and check out. Will surely book in the future

Rooms are too small we booked 2 single bed . No slippers also and tissue for the 2nd day upon request. So u need to aak if u need it.Breakfast is plated . No amenities just a room to sleep .
