Well maintained rooms and good quality service ambience is good too

Service levels have dropped a lot. From a chocked AC filter and smell, to toilet blockage to leakage to dirty linen sheets after a service day. Very disappointed with the service levels, paying premium price but you can see the visible drop in quality. Staff willing to apologies for issues and they get rectified but a new issue keeps recurring so often making long stay in such a property stressful and inconvenient.

Recommended for further stay. However TV is just for name and expected a dishwasher in kitchen. All other services are👍👍

We were vets happy because everything was neat and clean and the staff was very polite also I am thinking to visit golden sands 3 in the next summer break also and every thing was on point thank you golden sands 3 to make our summer break and our family 永安 so special.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was very clean and well-organized, which made it feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is a big plus—everything you need is nearby, including supermarkets, restaurants, and transport. The staff were very welcoming and responsive, always ready to help with anything. The facilities were also great and added extra convenience to the stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Dubai, especially if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and a convenient location. Highly recommended!
