Ms.Magdelina at the check-in counter was very courteous, helpful and professional. The room was very neat, clean, and smelt fresh. I used my phone for the infotainment by just mirroring the screen option on the phone and TV. Room service was good and the dinner buffet had a variety of offerings and was very good especially Mr.Johnson who attended to customers very politely and with professionalism. Check out was absolutely perfect and done by Ms. Magdelina and the stay here really makes you want to come back.

I had a wonderful stay and would like to recognize two outstanding team members for their exceptional service. GSA Kero provided a warm welcome, handled everything professionally, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Their friendly attitude and genuine hospitality created a great first impression. I would also like to sincerely thank HK Naseer for maintaining the room to an excellent standard. The room was spotless, well-organized, and every detail reflected great care and dedication. Both Kero and Naseer are true assets to the hotel. Their commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service—I look forward to staying here again!

The hotel is in a very nice location but did not clean well I found the cockroach in the washroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The service was fast and efficient, making my experience very comfortable. I especially appreciated the housekeeping team for respecting my privacy and personal belongings. They cleaned and organized the room carefully without moving my personal items from their original places, which showed great attention to detail and respect for guests. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Отель оказался выше любых ожиданий, я удивлена . Новый, очень чистый, комфортабельный. По моей просьбе симпатичная индианка на ресепшн Cornelia дала номер для не курящих. В номере всё новое, просторно,чисто, уютно, есть все необходимые принадлежности, мягкие полотенца, большая кровать . Станция метро прямо через дорогу .
