這次杜拜之行入住體驗非常滿意！尊酒店衞生無可挑剔，房間整潔明亮，床品舒適。前台服務響應迅速，有求必應。整體感覺賓至如歸，下次來杜拜還會選擇這裏！

這次入住體驗非常糟糕。辦理入住時，前台效率極低，我們等待了將近15分鐘，期間多位後到的客人卻先拿到了房卡，流程混亂且缺乏基本的服務專業性。更讓人無法接受的是，我預訂並付款了價格更高的行政大床房，但實際入住後發現房間與朋友預訂的普通大床房在面積、設施和配置上完全一致，明顯存在房型不符的問題。由於旅途疲憊，當晚未再返回前台交涉。第二天早上8點，清潔人員便開始在走廊製造持續噪音，而我們的房間正對清潔間，嚴重影響休息。整體來看，這次入住不僅未能提供與價格相匹配的服務，反而讓人感到花錢找不痛快，體驗極差。

Overall, the experience was good. The breakfasts were good (if you didn't stay longer than a week). The pool was small but clean, and the pool staff was friendly. The rooms were well-maintained. However, the hotel's location was not very convenient, as it was far from the metro station and there was no walking distance to anywhere. The construction noise from the nearby construction sites was constant, which is a common issue in many areas of Dubai in 2025. The tower and the mall were visible, but they were quite a distance away. Our flight was delayed, and the staff allowed us to stay in our room for two hours, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn't like the fact that when they asked for a knife and fork in the room, they rented a set for 30 dirhams. It was the first time I've seen something like this, and it was very strange.

Very nice hotel with lovely staff. Our check-in took some time but they upgraded our room in return with a nice view. The windows could’ve been cleaner and I wasn’t really sure how to adjust the thermostat but our stay as a whole was quite comfortable. Staff were consistently wonderful and the breakfast was great.
