nothing will be okay on the time second it don't sab a single what about this room are uncredible uncomfortable there's a have massive and nearby which room he will give to me that room are already used and near my room have a another girl also like there is a does not have privacy and area are not be okay to operate a hotel

Good morning, sorry to say that, from very first minutes your client zain east hotel didn't accept any term of your contract between you and me. He refused to give us facilities for children and he provided only one room with double bed, also not accepted one more mattress request. In all discussion he replied that if l have any problem l must call makemy永安, which is not possible at that time with family and long travel. So finally l paid him extra aed 73. Further, too much noise doors and fan too, which make uncomfortable sleep. Hope makemy永安 will better understand my situation at that time to face my family specially my daughter. Please take action for good gor others and compensates the above if possible, thanks

Small rooms, electric sockets broken, limited electric sockets for charging, slow lift, one lift for 3 floors are some of the problems i have noticed. But if price is within 1000 rupees per day it's worth it.
