非常滿意了 停車位很多 各種服務設施很全 24小時都有 電梯速度不錯 房間很寬敞 泳池區域有大屏幕 適合辦公，也適合休閑

出差經常住的酒店，環境設施配套非常好，非常時期酒店性價比非常高。早上的自助非常豐富，服務人員也非常熱情。

挺好的，服務熱情，停車方便，泳池也很乾凈，躺椅很多。早餐種類有點單調，甜食多，菜類和熱的食物少一些，飲品也很多選擇。孩子很喜歡泳池，水不深，1.1到1.4的樣子，還有一個很小的小童池，還有一些足球玩具，總之體驗不錯的。私人沙灘需要預約坐車或者自己開車過去，有沙灘和泳池玩，也是不錯的安排。

設施：完善。洗澡水温水量不錯，大浴缸很舒適。 衞生：乾淨。 環境：周邊啥都沒有，建築工地在施工。房間內空調噪音有點大。 服務：熱情周到。早餐中規中矩。 樓層高，可以看遠處的風景。

Very attentive staff. Great hospitality! The breakfast is as good as the reviews state - wide selection and cater to allergens like gluten and dairy! The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. They have a sister hotel across town via shuttle that you can visit their beach. Their shuttles to the mall are most helpful. There’s also some good coffee shops and brunch places around the area if you’re willing to walk 10 minutes in the heat. We would definitely stay again.

Otelin konumu Dubai merkeze uzaktı.ama biz çok uzun süre farklı otellerde kaldığımız için son 2 günümüzü bu otelde geçirdik.palm deki beach club olanağı olması çok güzeldi.happy hour saatleri var lütfen gittiğinizde bunu sorun.kahvaltı salonu o büyüklükte bir otel için oldukça yetersiz.oturacak yer bulmakta zorluk çekebilirsiniz.ve çalışan sayısı kahvaltı zamanı yetersiz fakat orada çalışan sanırım ismi RATİ isimli hanımefendi tek başına bütün mücadeleyi veriyor.onu uzaktan seyrettik ve tebrik ettik.yinede misafirperverlik için teşekkür ederiz.

Our stay at The First Collection at JVC was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel offers a perfect blend of modern comfort, warm hospitality, and great value for money. The rooms were clean, stylish, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out most was the exceptional service. The staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and attentive. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. The rooftop pool and lounge area at Mezzanine level were a highlight, offering stunning views of the city. There was construction going on nearby which was a little loud, but it was not heard in the rooms. The in-house dining options were impressive too, with a variety of cuisines and great quality food. Located in the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle, the hotel offers easy access to many of Dubai’s major attractions, while still providing a quiet and relaxed atmosphere away from the crowds. Would highly recommend to both business and leisure travellers looking for a high-quality stay in a less touristy but convenient part of Dubai.

All'arrivo doveva darci camera upgrade con doccia come richiesto e invece era con vasca. Fatta osservazione ci hanno cambiato con doccia a piano superiore ma la camera non aveva più cioccolatini, frutta, e altri extra compresi in quella precedente e non li abbiamo più avuti. Avevo espressamente chiesto via mail il servizio senza glutine per mia moglie per la colazione, mi avevano risposto per iscritto che lo chef si sarebbe dedicato tutti i giorno a prepararle qualcosa personalmente dedicato e invece il primo giorno nulla, poi tutte le colazioni 2 mini panini riscaldati e due pancake usciti dal congelatore riscaldati al micro, sempre cosi. Pessimo servizio sopratutto perchè avevo scelto questo hotel dopo la loro mail di risposta di assistenza per mia moglie sul senza glutine. Poi l'hotel è molto bello, la colazione per chi non ha problemi molto fornita e varia, pulizia ottima, la piscina purtroppo sotto al lato di costruzione nuovo palazzo, quindi molto rumore tutto il giorno. Poi per il giorno di Pasqua hanno messo musica altissima senza alcuna interruzione, intervallata con cantante in diretta. In definitiva hotel di questa categoria ce ne sono altri molto meglio e con costi anche inferiori. Peccato
