Best hotel in Dumaguete so far, out of all the ones we’ve tried! Everything was exceptional—from the rooms to the staff. Truly a 10000/10 experience! Highly recommended!

First 永安 to dumaguete and we could not have chosen a better hotel. It opened only 2 weeks before we stayed. It was clean and the location was excellent. The staff were all really nice especially Benedict and Mario. They both were very nice and both took initiative to check if we needed any assistance. The professionalism of the staff displayed shows a lot about the management wherein they value their customers and put service before anything else.
