檳城選擇了這家位於喬治區的這家。房間挺乾淨。酒店一樓就有家超市哦。去哪裡都挺方便的。前台馬來小哥哥IZZUL服務不錯哦.

酒店設施新，有健身室及泳池風景很靚，交通方便，有免費冷氣巴士到達，附近有美食街，可說靜中帶旺，我和家人都很滿意。

Everything was fine except the parking charges, which were completely mishandled. I was clearly told it would be RM9 per day with multiple entries and exits allowed. Yet on the second day, I was charged RM18 on my first exit. Naturally, I assumed it might include an advance charge for the third day.. but then on the third day, I was charged another RM9 anyway. That makes absolutely no sense. I raised this at reception during check-out, and I was told to text a provided number. I’ve sent multiple messages and no response whatsoever. Completely ignored. Yes, it’s “just” RM9 extra. But that’s not the point. If this is how casually you handle even small discrepancies, what does that say about your overall standards? And how many other guests are being overcharged without even realizing it? Frankly, this is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

Parking at RM9 everytime we.entered the parking is not favorable to me, if i drive out for breakfast, lunch and dinner, i have to pay RM9 x3 = RM27 which i can use it for 3 plates of char kuey teaw.

It is rather disappointing that while that room is simple and nice, it seriously lacked the basic necessities of the room. Pls take note that there are no room slippers provided and the floor clearly is not cleaned (our socks are black as we did not bring our own slippers). The WiFi is also not stable, firstly we couldn't even find our room WiFi and the technician came to fix it. However, the connection was lost on and off hence, very frustrating. Pls also take note that there is no daily cleaning / refreshing of the rooms. We stayed for 3 nights and we had to make do with how we entered the room from 1st day to last day. :( Besides the location, we probably wont come back to stay again, unless the management of apartment decided to improve the level of service and amenities provided to guests.

wifi壞掉了，衹能連到隔壁房間，網速很慢。 房間不提供拖鞋，這非常奇怪。 房間沒有熱水壺，衹有個加熱型凈水機，最多出80多度的水，沒辦法泡茶的，有泡麪需求的也不行。 房間不提供抽紙，同時廁紙質量也很差。 住了三晚，其實整個公寓是沒有中文服務的。
