Extremely poor hygiene and unacceptable management attitude. I checked into my original room only to find the bed was dirty. In the middle of the night, I woke up with multiple painful insect bites all over my skin due to a severe pest infestation in the bedding. When I contacted the host about this health and safety hazard, they moved me to an alternative room, but their attitude regarding compensation was completely unprofessional. I only requested a reasonable partial refund to compensate for the severe distress and sub-standard conditions of the first night. Instead of taking responsibility, the host tried to gaslight me, dismissively claiming that another guest had just stayed in the room and that this problem had never happened before. They then had a terrible attitude and told me that if I wanted any refund, I had to pack up and check out immediately in the middle of the night at 3:00 AM. They completely refused a partial refund, forcing me to escalate the issue directly to 永安 customer support to secure the compensation. The host also attempted to move the conversation to WhatsApp to avoid platform oversight. Future guests should be extremely cautious—check your beds immediately upon arrival and be prepared for terrible customer service if anything goes wrong.

Заселение прошло без затруднений. Встретил работник и проводил до нашей комнаты. Чисто и уютно. Просторно и не слишком душно. Кондиционер работал хорошо. Вода горячая круглосуточно с хорошим напором. Расположение очень удачное - рядом все и даже ресторан с Мишлен. Спасибо! Рекомендую! Если удастся еще раз посетить это приятное место, то выберем снова этот отель!

5 star hotel, good staff and WhatsApp Messaging I recommend hotel

Overall, I had a really good stay here and I really liked it! The price was very reasonable, and the location was great — close to convenience stores, quiet, and very convenient for getting around. It was easy to travel to different places from here. Although there are no staff members, lobby, or front desk at the hotel, the online communication was excellent. Someone was always available to respond, and they were very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. I really appreciated that! There are just a couple of things that could be improved. It would be nice to have bottled drinking water in the room. Also, the pillows felt a little old and not very supportive, so I had a bit of neck discomfort after sleeping. But overall, everything was good and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again! 💗

왓츠앱도 빨리 보시고 하긴 한데 청결상태가 좀 그랬어요 방에서 이상한 냄새가 났고 침대가 얼룩져 있었어요 노란색 이물질? 같은게 있었어요 마지막날에는 발진이 났어요..

the location is very good and a lot of historical building are within walking distance less than 500m. the room is small and very budget for young people. the only thing is they require deposit rm50, and later need to fill a form to get back the refund. which is an additional admin process than other budget hotel.

房間空間寬敞，冷氣也很給力。靠窗的位置陽光充足，雙人床睡起來舒適～衹是枕頭對我來説稍微軟了一點 😅 不過客服反應非常迅速，很快就把新的枕頭送來了。 廁所空間也很大，熱水器穩定，水力充足，使用起來很舒服。衹是希望客服人員能多留意馬桶的清潔度，會更加分。 我住在一樓，冷熱飲水機就在門外，取水、上下樓或外出都非常方便。對於有長者或小孩同行的住客來説非常合適，加上自住系統其實相當便利，客服人員的服務態度也很給力。 整體住宿體驗不錯，美中不足的是沒有電梯。對二樓三樓的住戶要扛行李箱有點不方便
