澤德威爾格林威治酒店 (Zedwell Greenwich)

I arrived at Zedwell for 2 nights for job interview in the City. PLEASE do not believe their marketing statement that the rooms are designed for ‘Zen’. The hotel is basically built like a barebones student accommodation, I’m not kidding. I thought I wouldn’t get claustrophobic because I’m not. But please read the reviews, the room literally made me have a mental breakdown for real - I had to step outside every 2 hours - to get my ‘zen’ back. The bed is like a student accommodation mattress, the pillows are terrible so is the duvet - the towels are so bad. Look, if they were marketing this as something new and great - no windows just total zen… Surely the pillows, mattress and everything else would be of higher quality right? Guess not. There is one guy from the service desk he’s great and friendly, but around 2 other service desk employees just mess around and talk to each other which makes the whole ordeal of asking for service and stuff very uncomfortable. The Hotel states that if you need anything just WhatsApp them… By the way, they take 2 days to reply back to WhatsApp messages. Look, I’m not mad, I’m not exaggerating, but this is how it is. The whole hotel thing wasn’t terrrrrible, but it was bad. Would I stay again? Definitely not. Do I regret it? not necessarily. Happy to help, thanks for taking the time to read the review.

Unpleasant Experience - Not Worth a Penny I recently stayed at Zedwell Greenwich and had an extremely unpleasant experience. The staff exhibited a really bad attitude, which set a negative tone right from the start. Additionally, there was an awful smell in the room that made my stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the hotel has outrageous charges that feel like a scam. They charged £15 for an early check-in and another £15 for luggage storage. These are services that most normal hotels offer for free or at a nominal fee. This experience made me feel really unpleasant and upset. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s definitely not worth a penny. 糟糕的體驗——不值一分錢 我最近住在Zedwell Greenwich，經歷了一次非常不愉快的體驗。工作人員態度非常差，這從一開始就讓人感到不舒服。此外，房間裡有一股難聞的氣味，讓我的住宿非常不愉快。 更糟糕的是，酒店的收費非常離譜，感覺像是在詐騙。早到入住要收£15，行李寄存也要收£15。而這些服務在大多數普通酒店都是免費的，或者只收取象徵性的費用。 這次經歷讓我感到非常不愉快和失望。我不推薦任何人入住這家酒店。它絕對不值一分錢。

酒店就在格林威治，離倫敦市區也不算太遠。坐地鐵大概12-13個站。主打一個價格便宜。提前入住需要收15英鎊；寄存行李也要收15英鎊。房間都沒有窗戶。門口很多小超市

鄰近車站，步行10分鐘左右到地鐵站，樓下有巴士站，鄰近greenwich market、tesco、M&S、多國餐廳等

Very minimalistic, almost too much. Call me old fashioned but what happened to the days of tv and tea making facilities in your space. Nowhere to hang hand towels had either hand towels or floor mat, not sure which. Otherwise, staff friendly and welcoming. Great location near Greenwich centre , slightly longer commute into central but cant complain too much

還不錯，性價比高

酒店位置近cutty sark DLR站，去O2 需接駁一程巴士，交通方便！ 房間整潔。酒店大堂是使用自助check-in，也有不同的自助販賣機可買飲料或小吃！附近亦有油站或Tesco express，適合商務出行或與朋友旅行。

自助辦理入住 特別方便。距離格林尼治天文台方便。距離步行街很近， 附近還有很多中國奶茶店。 吃飯也方便 。 推薦入住

First time staying here - it's some sort of self check-in hotel but there was friendly staff onsite who were very happy to assist. The room is very minimalist - you'll have a bed and that's about it. So it feels a bit overpriced for what you get (considering you get water/coffee/tea in other places for the same price). I probably won't stay there again, only if location is very convenient.
