It's a good place to stay, only because we were staying on the independentday holiday so its price is not fine...otherwise it's a very good choice.

I always make reservations from makemy永安 hoping you provide the best but when i reached the hotel the room was spacious but the washroom had urine smells very bad i couldn’t even change the hotel i cleaned myself with water, no tv connection, no source of entertainment and today morning went to have breakfast there was no butter we requested but they said we only had 2 left this was the worst experience ever. I have future booking in the same hotel which was done previously but i no longer wanna visit it please do something with that as it is non refundable thanks. How can i take the picture of urine smell?

It's service is very worst service no one showing any greetings an all nothing even breakfast time 8- 10 if we are going any hotels 9, 9;30 staff calls and than they ask and says the menu of breakfast an all and it's kind of alarm please done your breakfast kind of. But there nothing even we call and ask in 10;14 there staff says breakfast time over now nothing we do what kind of behavior this is. It's such a worst experience in this.

Worst hotel I have ever seen . They are charging good amount but service is pathetic. Behaviours is worst Service is worst and Amenities are morethan worst Dirty bed sheet Broken Bathroom. Gyser not working. No room sleeper in the room. Even after requesting them they do not listen . No room cleaning Lots more It’s worst hotel room

Hotel is good and quite spacious, staff is well behaved and helpful . Only the problem is they have all the hotels with same name which is confusing and difficult to find the location. But the staff in the front desk was trying to help me out , he sent me the location and finally I reached the hotel. Overall good experience.

no staff is available to carry the bag after 11pm and this non sense rule they haven't written ..no parking is available..night manager was so rude and not cooperative..this single stay spoil our night.

Hotel was good. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom has all the toiletries kept. Light in the room was good. There was special sitting and smoking area as well. So overall nice experience
