On the whole stay was comfortable. Room was neat & clean. Housekeeping was upto the mark. The only drawback was ...no valet parking. We had to park our car in basement 3 & so it was little difficult to manage the luggage on our own till the ground floor.

The rooms were perfect, but the floors were not clean. There were also empty body wash containers, which is even taken care of by one-star hotels. Moreover, Lunch & Dinner was so boring and service was super slow. It took me 1.5 hours to have Pasta & Biryani (both were already pre-prepared).

Inexperienced staff. Insects in the rooms. Poor quality breakfast. Room hygiene was rather poor. Room finishing must be improved.
