Nice Practical Place. Some of the Rooms have no windows and All Bathrooms need to be totally Skid Free with Non Slippery Tiles.

The property is beautiful and as expected. However, the food was not up to the mark. We also experienced delayed room services. Overall experience and stay was fine.

Bad location, horrible bathroom experience, restaurant not at all upto standards. Good play to stay for young professionals not at all meant for senior level folks

there are so many hotels with similar name, salt stays near that hotel. I got landed at another salt stays.

nobody comes to ask for room cleaning the lock on the doors doesn't work anymore dental kits were not given with the room . we had to call and ask for it the room given to us was covered in dust like it has not been opened up for days and the bedsheets weren't that clean either the staff is inexperienced it doesn't give the feeling of a hotel not worth the money we paid to stay there it looks better in pictures than in person

My experience was far from satisfactory. Most of the staff seemed unprofessional, often responding with, "We'll ask our senior," instead of providing solutions. On the first day, the hotel was infested with flies, though they did conduct pest control next day. Breakfast buffet was disappointing, though dinner was decent. There were so many restrictions on guest visits and ordering food from outside. They had weird rules for guest basis gender. The QR code provided for essentials didn’t work, and the staff had no clue about it. Additionally, the landline had no listed numbers for the restaurant or reception, making it difficult to contact anyone. The place felt more like a PG than a hotel. As for the laundry service, it felt like a scam—you’re only allowed to give two items if you book for three days!

The stay was quite good but we were disappointed by the area of the room. While making the reservation we paid extra for 225sq/ft room but it was smaller than that and one more this which I don't like is they served the tap ro water not sealed bottle. Which was disappointing again, else staff was good
