Property seems to be a half renovation stage with lack of basics, staff and room state. Shower was bad with just luke warm water at best

The guards at the entrance harass you and misbehave when you come back late. Also, there is just one waiter in the breakfast area and we didn’t get the basic service like water and cutlery leave alone the food. Horribly mismanaged. The rooms however are comfortable and good. I wouldn’t recommend to checkin if you wish to relax!

The hotel is less than 2 star - no hygiene - washroom is pathetic - staff is pathetic - plus they charged for a coke that we didn’t consume

According to the rates the rooms are not good at all, very small in size, not even a space of 1 extra bed and so that bathrooms. Bathrooms are also very congested ! in short - expensive & poor property

I stayed at the 4th floor of this property with my wife and kid. There was a complete chaos from the hooligans staying adjacent to my room. Screaming from inside the room and in the corridor early morning was a completely disastrous and annoying. In addition to this there is a japanese club on first floor of the property wherein probably indians are not allowed to visit. This is really shocking that in india still such places exists where indians are not allowed.

Its a horrible experience. 1. When we booked the hotel it was showing with breakfast and when the payment was done booking was showing without breakfast. 2. I was assigned room number 206 at first time. On 20th march when i was not in room at that time jet spray got broken and when i came late night room was completely filled with water. 3. On 22nd march hotel staff made me to change my room from 206 to 305 becauae of their weekend party. In this room suddenly complete ac leakage started at 2:00 am late night and it was too heavy. Maintenance person came and requested for 30 mins for repair. I was not able to sleep in the night. Dj sound was too loud that it was almost creating vibrations in the room. During checkout and timely i have informed these things to your staff. These kind of things are not accepted for such a reputed hotel.
