房間不算大 但很乾淨

My name is Bahadır Göçer. On the 10th day of my 19-day European tour, I stayed at your hotel, Premier Inn Hannover University (Room 147), between July 31 and August 1. I have stayed at many hotels before. Upon arrival, I asked the receptionist named Tim if the parking area in front of the hotel was suitable for parking; he made a joke, saying there wouldn't be a problem since the car didn't belong to him. Later, when we mentioned that we couldn't connect to the hotel Wi-Fi because we had Android phones, he adopted an indifferent attitude, stating there was nothing he could do about it. Since the hotel provided only one key card, we needed the card to operate the elevator while our children were in the room. When I asked the receptionist, Tim, if he could activate the elevator for us, he responded quite rudely, telling us to wait our turn—even though he would have simply needed to use a card to activate the elevator controls. We entered the room and ran the ventilation system for three hours, but the air in the room did not change at all. I went down to the reception to explain that something was wrong. The receptionist, Jewgenic, explained that it was a "dry system" and would therefore take a long time to cool down; I told him that wasn't the issue. When he repeated the same thing, I mentioned that I had stayed at other hotels and that if the system were actually working, we would have noticed it. Angered, he rudely handed me a feedback slip with a QR code, stated there was nothing he could do, and stopped attending to me. While the hotel corridor was cool, the room was extremely hot; at one point, I even considered sleeping in the hallway. Out of desperation, we cracked the windows open, but that didn't help much. Consequently, we spent the entire night sweating in bed due to the heat and the noise from the trains outside. We couldn't sleep. So, I ask you: after experiencing this at one of the Premier Inn hotels—where I was staying for the first time—would I choose to stay there again? Their indifferent attitude, rather than a polite effort to resolve our problem, causes Premier Inn to lose many customers like me. Have a good day.

We arrived around 2:00 a.m., and the receptionist processed our check-in promptly. Despite the late hour, he greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. After being delayed for over three hours on the autobahn due to an accident, his kindness and welcoming attitude made a real difference. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality.

環境不錯，早餐不錯

房間不大，衞生還可以，停車方便。

有兩個房間，外面的比較小，裏面空間很大，洗手間和洗澡的地方比較小，出差還是可以的

很好👍值得推薦，非常乾淨衞生。

房間在德國算挺大的了，也乾淨衞生舒適。離火車站也算近，步行可到。交通位置不錯，離機場不遠。酒店有簡餐，披薩味道不錯。

酒店大堂設計美觀。不提供每日房間最基本的打掃和主動更換已用過的浴巾，居然號稱是為了環保？？強烈建議酒店”在銷售頁面為這一特色備註、或在入住時明確告知客戶、或在房間裏貼上告示告知”! ！酒店位於城市偏遠地區，靠近火車鐵軌，必須關窗隔噪音。

房間挺好的，交通挺好，距離中央火車站一站地鐵，市中心兩站地鐵。去rewe, DM走路三五分鐘也都算方便。要主動跟前台説每天打掃，不然不會每天都換。
