Spacious room with elevator! Easy to checkin and checkout. Very friendly host and comfortable bed. Didnt expect towel and mineral water provided. Location is great, many famous restaurant nearby.

交通方便，有提供電梯，一樓提供飲用水及糖果自行取用，老闆會說中文，入住及退房手續簡單，大門採用密碼出入。六人床房間很大，而且有大格子可以放置28吋行李，整體無異味，冷氣夠強，床鋪舒適又安靜，房內就有浴室跟洗手間，因離床鋪有點距離，所以洗澡不受影響，房間外面有小陽台，非常推薦大家入住。

非常に立地がよく、ホアンキエム湖も徒歩圏內です。舊市街地內なので、ハロン灣ツアーの送迎もホテルまで來てもらえました。 部屋はとても清潔で広々としており、キッチンも付いていました。電子レンジも一階に共用のものがありました。 カードキーが使えないというトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの方が誠実に対応してくれました。 ハノイに來る時にはまた泊まりたいです。

I love the cleanliness and the room is big for female dorm. It’s in the center of everything so going around the area is easy. A laundry shop, coffee shop, you name it you can find it near the hostel. Also there’s a nail salon in the ground floor so it was convenient coz I needed a nice one to start my travel :) Easy to go in and out of the building. No curfew and you can use the kitchen for reheating food. They also have free candies and water 😊 Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time at Nesta Hostel, the location is amazing in Old Quarter close to alot of lively spots and food. The hostel felt very new and the shared hostel spot was very clean and all the accomadations were provided. Clean amenities as well and the staff were extremely nice when checking in and out! I also accidently left my umbrella at the hostel and was leaving Hanoi early, and they were happy to ship my umbrella and was very nice throughout the whole process! I received one of the best services here throughout my travels and would definitely recommend to stay here for anyone!

Очень комфортный хостел с современными удобными кроватями со ступеньками, отличный чистый санузел в общей комнате, никаких неприятных запахов, дом после ремонта или недавно построен, поэтому всё свежее и современное. Находится в Старом городе, рядом с исторической улицей со старинными аптеками, где продают традиционные азиатские травы и лекарства, можно посмотреть, как это было много лет назад. С удовольствием остановлюсь в этом хостеле ещё раз.

located at quite a strategic spot in old quarters can walk to many places easily. aircond cold enough for a comfortable stay locker, towel, pillow, blanket provided. kitchen to reheat or eat takeaway foods available downstairs. shower room and toilet separated

Wonderful stay at nesta home! The location is amazing right in the heart of old town. It’s close to the famous banh mi 25 (just behind). The dorm was very clean and new! There is a lot of storage compartment. Bedding is DIY style. One thing to note is there isn’t a counter for check in so have to message host with time of arrival to ensure somebody is there to check you in and a passcode is needed to enter. Would come back again!
