This is among the better ones in low budget categories, located on a quiet road but it's only 200 metres away from Lee Market area, it's clean and neat, good size room, air conditioner s good, water heater with good pressure, stuffs are helpful as always, price is the most competitive, so no complaints at all. Just need to take note; it's a walk up hotel, the elderly/person with physical disability might struggle a bit.. my last stay I was given a room that looks like an office on the 1st floor, like a mezzanine, no complaints though, the price/location/cleanliness/helpful stuffs more than made up whatever that is lacking. Need to book early ahead (always sold out)

酒店位置很好，但沒有電梯，房間不隔音，廁所很小，馬桶還是再一個高平台上，真的很不舒服。可以提前入住，但收取 50 銖。

ไม่มีซ้ำแน่นอนนอนไม่หลับเสียงข้างห้องบนห้องก็ได้ยินตลอดแม้เสียงคนบนห้องขยับเก้าอี้ยังได้ยินเสียงข้างห้องปิดประตูก็ยังได้ยิน ที่จอดรถไม่ค่อยสะดวก พนักงานยิ้มแย้ม

房間很重味道，也不知道是臭還是潮濕就很難聞，受不了的難聞，衞生間也很小，轉身也有點困難，地點還可以，工作人員態度也可以，就是房間味道讓我不舒服，但這個價位也衹能接受

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The rooms are clean, the environment is lovely, and the staff are super welcoming. The only downside is the lack of a lift. If you're carrying heavy luggage or have trouble with stairs, just keep that in mind. Otherwise, it’s a solid recommendation from me!
