自駕旅客請注意！停車設計有嚴重缺陷，房間細節亦多處不足 先説優點：酒店位置確實方便，步行到金永市場和夜市都很近，房間空間也夠大，職員態度尚可。 但這次入住經驗，因停車設施問題，令整個行程非常困擾。 酒店停車場的上落斜坡度極陡，現時的緩沖坡道使出入時車底嚴重刮花。與其他住客交流後得知，有旅客的車頭Bumper直接被刮到掉下來，可見這絕非個別駕駛問題，而是停車設計本身存在明顯缺陷。我目前尚未確認車輛底盤的實際損毀程度及維脩金額，但這筆開支實在不應由旅客承擔。強烈呼籲酒店正視此問題，至少應在訂房頁面明確警示底盤較低車輛不宜駛入，使用穩妥的緩沖坡道或提供替代泊車方案。 房間方面亦有幾項不足： 空調製冷效果不佳——即使調至最低温度，房間依然偏熱，晚上睡得不太安穩。 廁所紙巾擺位不衞生——紙巾架直接安裝在垃圾桶上方，每次打開蓋子都會碰到紙巾，設計上令人卻步。 一次性用品欠奉——酒店沒有提供梳子、牙刷、牙膏等旅行必需品，雖然泰國部分酒店確有此趨勢，但建議訂房頁面清楚標示，方便旅客提前準備。 總結： 若非自駕，這間酒店尚可一試；但自駕旅客務必三思，停車問題未改善前，潛在的維修費用可能遠高於房價。希望酒店儘快跟進處理。

Overall, the stay was good. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, the entrance to the parking area is too steep, and it can damage both the front and rear bumpers of many cars 🥲🥲. I hope this can be improved in the future

I love staying here..the room is spacious,clean & cozy. The host & receptionist very friendly & very helpful. They allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time. The bed provided was very comfortable. Its walking distance from hotel to Kim Yoong Market,Lee Garden night market & etc . Surely will come again next time ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at The Sea Stay Hat Yai and will definitely be back! We stayed in the Family Suite, and it was amazingly spacious. It can comfortably accommodate 5–6 people, and honestly, even more if needed. The open floor space is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to move around and relax. The hotel is newly opened, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. We love its simple yet cozy boutique style. It has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. A special thank you to Skate, the owner’s daughter, who runs the hotel. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable with her genuine hospitality. The hotel’s main entrance closes at 6:00 PM, but don’t let that worry you. Guests are given clear instructions on how to enter through the side door after hours, and everything is easy and convenient. The location is excellent too! It was within walking distance of almost everywhere we wanted to visit, including restaurants, cafés, markets, and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Hat Yai. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious, and friendly boutique hotel, we highly recommend The Sea Stay. We had such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return on our next 永安 to Hat Yai!

我在這裏訂了三款房型，5人，3人和雙人房。每間房間很大間，冷氣夠冷，衹是面向馬路，住三樓的三人房會聽到motor聲音，但對我影響不大。5人房的空間是超級大，但是是沖涼的水有點小。

Overall, we had a good stay here. The room was very spacious and comfortable, suitable for a family of 4. The bathroom was also big and looked the same as the photos. Hot shower was available, and basic items like hair dryer, iron, full-length mirror, hangers, towels and shower gel were provided. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. My dad felt the pillow was a bit flat, but this depends on personal preference. It was also not noisy at night, so we could rest quite well. For check-in, the staff told us that the hotel only has 8 rooms. On the day we arrived, the rooms were fully booked and the previous guests had not checked out yet, so we could not check in earlier. It is better not to expect early check-in unless the room is available. Location-wise, it is about 15 minutes’ walk to Lee Garden, so taking Grab would be more comfortable if travelling with elderly family members. However, it is very near to Kim Yong Market, less than 5 minutes on foot, which is very convenient for food and shopping. There is also a small souvenir shop next door, owned by the same team, with unique handmade bags and keychains. Overall, a comfortable and spacious place to stay in Hatyai, especially for family travellers.
