海德堡達斯拉姆酒店 (Das Lamm Heidelberg)

The hotel didn't honour our booking and was outright rude about it. We booked and paid for 2 Deluxe rooms via 永安. When we arrived, they gave us one Deluxe room and another thing they call "apartment" – a stuffy, mould-smelling room in a separate annex, without a bathroom or toilet (see photos). When we questioned this, it got worse: First, one staff member claimed the hotel doesn't have 2 Deluxe rooms. When I pointed out there are photos of multiple Deluxe rooms online, he changed his story and said I hadn't booked 2 Deluxe rooms. Then the "manager" came. He accused me of lying. I showed him my 永安 receipt and he refused to accept it because it was in English, not German – claiming it wasn't a valid document. He then said: They "hate dealing with 永安 guests" 永安 charges them high fees, so he wouldn't help I should contact 永安 myself (their support that Sunday evening was just a chatbot) If I had booked directly, they might have helped – but since I used 永安, it was my problem I even offered to pay extra for a proper room. They refused. In the end, the three of us had to squeeze into one Deluxe room because the "apartment" was unhealthy to sleep in. We asked for an extra mattress – they refused that too. If you're considering staying there: be warned.

共用衞生間不好，房間非常小。

沒有空調，不知道天真正熱起來感覺什麼樣。位置還是相當偏僻的。但是價格不低，這正是海德堡的酒店們最可愛的地方，別管多差，價格都讓你跟其他酒店無法區分。

環境不錯。沒有住過閣樓的可以試一下。
