I asked to be placed with the rest of my relatives but I was put on floor 9 whilst they were next to each other on the lower floor. My room had a full floor carpet and it looked yucky. The breakfast had a good gluten-free selection. I rarely stay at a hotel and it was not quite what I expected.

The hotel was a bit more old-fashioned than what I imagined with "opened in 2026" - clearly partly (or not at all?) refurbished. Rooms were ok, but the pillow was hard and lumpy. The desklamp didn't work - unluckily the only one I needed. We could still see stains from someone's electric toothbrush and there windowsills at the dining hall were dusty. The sauna door was partly broken. There was no kids' play area - the only thing available were sad pencils and paper at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and staff were nice.
