Cubicity Ba Huyen Thanh Quan酒店 (Cubicity Ba Huyen Thanh Quan)

The room was relatively new, clean, and budget-friendly, located conveniently close to the airport. On the downside, there was ongoing construction nearby that started early in the morning with noticeable noise, and I spotted a few mosquitoes in the room. Overall, it offers good value for the price if you need a convenient stop near the airport.

I stayed here for 2 nights as I was just transiting, and I really liked the location since it’s not too far from the airport. I was actually quite surprised by how spacious the room was and how complete the amenities were. There’s even a fridge and a microwave in the room, which I think is a great plus, especially if you’re planning to stay for a longer period. The room has pretty much everything you need to feel comfortable, so I can definitely see myself staying here for a longer stay in the future. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The Wi-Fi was also fast and worked well throughout my stay, which was definitely a plus. The only thing I noticed was that it could get a little noisy at night from the restaurant next to the hotel, probably because my room was on the 2nd floor. But closing the balcony door helped a lot, so it wasn’t really a big deal for me. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt that what I paid was totally worth it considering the spacious room and all the facilities provided. It’s a great option not only for a short stay or transit, but also for a longer stay. I’d definitely come back and would love to try other Cubicity properties in different locations too!

I was a bit skeptical for how cheap and good quality the photos were. When I looked up the location on Google Maps it was suspicious and I was afraid I got scammed to find out the “hotel” is very new and amazing hidden gem! The staff is responsive and everything was perfect it is one of the if not THE best stay I’ve had during my week in Ho Chi Minh I hope the quality is maintained and stays like this and the price too! The only con was having to carry our luggage up the stairs arriving to the check-in area which is very small but for the purpose of self-check it is understandable why it’s small as well as the lift. We ended up putting out luggage in the lift and sending it up to our floor. Water pressure in shower was beyond expectations. Room was very spacious best deal you can get in Ho Chi Minh if I had known about this place earlier I would have saved a lot of money and gotten better sleep. The balcony is perfect as well the only thing is the street noise as it’s next to a busy road especially early mornings around 7am. If you’re used to city life this is a perfect spot. If you’re looking for quiet it may not be for you. I cannot say any better things our stay was short was amazing and we hope to stay again in the near future!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the pleasant staff that we were in touch with on what's app and who could come running to us with any question (very nice! 🥰). The hotel is new, equipped, beautiful, everything is working properly. However there is a temple nearby, be prepared to wake up at 4:30 am to the loud sounds of bells and trumpets, but that didn't bother us.
