Have to contact the owner to open the door for check in- she lives next door. Room for 4 is on the 3rd floor. No lift. Owner was very helpful and very responsive. There was a small problem with the toilet which was resolved immediately. Owner allowed us to bring our bicycles inside, and also provided a dehumidifier for us to dry clothes after washing. The homestay is new and very clean.
