The location was great, close to the main road and the subway station, which was very convenient. However, the hotel was extremely dirty, and I honestly wondered whether it was cleaned at all. On top of that, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. The receptionist even threw their phone onto the counter and shouted at me. This kind of behavior was completely unacceptable and made my stay very unpleasant.

Room was big but- dust , smoking smell was so bad(i booked non smoking room),furniture was old . The room was dirty. Since the booking was non-refundable, they likely didn't care about the lack of cleanliness, assuming the guest would just leave without getting their money back anyway.

absolutely love the massage chair and clothing dry-cleaning in the room esp after our tiring concert & shopping day. Lady boss & all her family members were also super friendly & helpful. drinking water; both warm & cold available and easily accessible 24/7 at the lobby although there's a kettle and fridge in the room. and i absolutely love the giant TV right in front of my bed! thank you! although the toilet sink was a little leaky and there isn't any hanging hooks for towels in the bathroom, it's truly a 2nd home for me while I was in Incheon. If I ever need to attend another concert in Incheon, I'll not want to look elsewhere but Incheon Noblesse!
