Wir waren 1 Wochen im Gleam Bomonti,alles war perfekt,Lage war bißchen abseits aber man konnte alles gut erreichen,bei jedem Problem wurde sofort geholfen. Das Personal war sehr nett das man auch abends in der Lobby nette Gespräche führen konnte mit dem Personal. Frühstück war offenes Büffet aber wir haben immer draußen gefrühstückt. War das erste Mal in dem Hotel aber nicht das letzte Mal. Herşey için çok teşekkürler Almanyadan Ayse

Отель нам очень понравился, нам нужен был ТЦ Джевахир, он расположен в 25-30 минутах ходьбы от него. Плюс этого отеля в том, что он включает в себя бесплатную зону спа и хаммам. В отеле отличные завтраки и удобные матрасы. В номере просторно, убирают каждый день, еще не раз сюда вернемся

Прекрасный вариант для 2-3 -дневной остановки в Стамбуле. Везде чисто, прекрасный завтрак , вежливый и ,всегда готовый помочь, персонал. Конкретно в нашем номере , на последнем 9-ом этаже, был немного шумный кондиционер . Ну, и до метро нужно было пройтись , для кого-то это может быть минусом, нас не напрягало) Отелю - твёрдую 5 ! Спасибо 🌺

I went to Istanbul for surgery. When we got into our room, the bathroom was disgusting, the shower had mold in it. All the silicone in the shower was discoloured with mold. There were dirty socks found under the bed by the previous people who had stayed. The floor in the bathroom leading to the door was discoloured with dark spots. After surgery, it is important to keep yourself clean, I didn't feel clean in that room whatsoever. The company who I had the surgery with even rang the hotel and asked them to clean the bathroom properly. Some random cleaner turned up at our door completely unannounced, the reception didn't call us to let us know. He didn't speak a word of English and was not happy that he was asked to clean the bathroom again. Additionally, I contacted the hotel before booking to see if they had any vegan options for breakfast. I was told that there were vegan options. When it came to breakfast, there were no vegan options at all, not even soy milk available, and the staff had no clue what we were saying. I would definitely never stay here again. The photos and other reviews do not match the experience I had. Unfortunately, because I was focusing on healing after surgery, I didn't take any photos. But I promise you, I am not lying.

This time I stayed in 4 hotels in Istanbul. This one was the best both for service and cleanliness. The room is quiet. In some rooms you can hear a nearby Mosque though. The breakfast is very good too, a lot of Turkish appetizers additionally to a regular hotel breakfast. The hotel knows a full day 永安 taxi service which is more reliable and cheaper than you can find in the city yourself. The most important, the staff is super respectful to the customers.

Das Hotel befindet sich in Şişli, die Lage ist top. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal ist super freundlich. Im großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

酒店位於新城區，離Hilton酒店走路2分鐘。因為我們在Hilton酒店開會，所以選擇這家酒店入住。房間很乾凈，有熱水，但是房間不大，歐洲大多國家都是這樣吧，兩張單人床有一點小，睡覺差點兒掉下來。前台服務態度還不錯，可以幫助叫taxi，大多是年輕人。總之，經濟酒店還不錯的選擇。
